So making sure that you find a comfortable place and make sure that you just remove all distractions and come back to this peaceful state of being that allows for a wonderful receptivity to wisdom and knowledge.

Just taking a deep breath,

Making sure that as you breathe in and breathe out,

You let go of all things and come back to this present moment.

This wonderful moment.

Well,

Can be wonderful for some.

For some this moment is very much a challenge.

At least we think that this moment is very much a challenge,

But actually if this moment is unpleasant on any level of experience,

Then what we are perceiving is our perception of the moment.

So the moment in itself can never be painful,

Can never be agitating or can never create suffering,

Because there is no stepping outside of the moment if you're in the moment to actually reference something as good or bad or to create a dualistic perspective of your experience.

You are the experience.

You're not having the experience.

You are the experience.

That is such a mystical understanding of time and space that it somehow totally baffles the structure of the brain,

Which relies on references,

Which relies on creating an understanding of whatever the experience might be by stepping a little bit outside of the experience.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Letting go of these ideas that we can understand this moment through the perception of this moment and fully immerse into what it means to be here in this moment by being in this moment.

Deep breath.

It is important to just let go being in this moment.

Deep breath.

Just notice how as you create inner stillness,

How this moment changes in its structure.

And one of the subtle changes that you may be experiencing is that the suffering or your perception of suffering doesn't have the very foundation it needs to keep repeating the information or communication to your mind in the way that you're used to.

So actually you begin to see pain or suffering or the challenge from a slightly detached or removed perspective.

So then it's almost as if the suffering is there,

You're aware of it.

It's not that you forget the memory of the suffering or the challenge or the difficulty or the pain or the idea that there is good or bad but rather you're noticing that it's there,

The memory is still there but it's not so,

It doesn't create such an impact upon the state of stillness that you're cultivating as you move deeper into this moment.

It's almost like falling asleep.

As you fall asleep the mundane is still there,

You're still receiving the mundane but through very different perception than normal awake consciousness.

It's almost as if it's filtered through the relaxation process that happens before sleep as you let go of the mundane,

Let go of tension,

Begin to fall asleep.

It's almost as if that filters your perception in such a way that the mundane is colored by the moment or colored by your state of relaxation that allows you to connect to the moment on a very deep level.

So notice this as you come back to this moment and sometimes it requires effort so if you find yourself going out there into a thought or into an idea or into an exciting new thing that the mind is thinking about just make sure that the out there isn't as important as the present.

So come back here this doesn't require that you push yourself out there to come back inside because as soon as you begin to replicate too much activities that create a need to do one specific thing then you're out there already.

So it's very important that there is a magnetism from the inner silence that pulls you back towards itself so the inner silence becomes the magnet that creates more silence so the fact that you're still creates more stillness the fact that your mind is relaxed creates more deep relaxation.

Very subtle difference but a very important difference.

One thing that you may notice is that as you embrace inner stillness in this way as the inner still point within magnetizes and becomes more powerful magnetizes in such a way that it becomes so very powerful that it attracts the stillness attracts more stillness without your effort or without your pushing yourself to do so.

You may notice that the noise no longer is as attractive as it was before so the mind doesn't get excited about noise the mind doesn't get excited about discovering something or thinking about something or exploring something new the mind is just now quiet still quiet and still in such a way whereby stillness is enjoyable the stillness creates a sense of satisfaction happiness contentment well-being and the stillness in itself is so very magnetized that without effort the noise that may be around that still is around because the mundane world does exist just doesn't interfere it's almost like you turn the volume down that noise is no longer really that important for your focus or your energy to go back into that so it's very interesting to create stillness without aggression to create stillness without pushing or to create stillness without demanding things wanting desiring needing or pushing yourself in a certain way and demanding things to be still within this inner realm of transformation like when you're falling asleep too much effort means that you are pushing yourself too much too little effort means that you're too lazy and you you really don't want to be active in the participation of your inner process of transformation so there is a balance of not pushing but at the same time not letting yourself be pushed into the spaces that create tension so as you fall asleep you don't need to relax your body say I'm relaxing relaxing but you do need to in the beginning if there is tension relax the tension but once the tension and you're conscious of the tension you just let the process unfold from the state of relaxation rather than your mind demanding relaxation so a little bit of effort is required to let go of the noise not to focus on the noise but then the stillness is the reference that magnetizes itself and embraces the space from the state of deeper consciousness and so interesting when you begin to realize that this is so very powerful that this activity of not pushing yourself or just opening yourself to the inner magnetism of consciousness creates a whole momentum a whole movement that brings you back home to yourself to your heart brings you back home here to this present moment to the nowness of this present moment so everything else is there but it's not so very important so it's almost like the world continues when you fall asleep it's not really important because the whole level of consciousness changes and we are manifestors of the mundane when we are in the mundane but when we're in deep consciousness when we're in a state of equilibrium or deep meditation sleep even then our manifestation and the communication of our manifestation is totally different we are no longer in communication with the mundane world we are in communication with the energy that perhaps influences the mundane world but we are in communication with a very different energetic realm within time and space this is what creates a multi-dimensionality within our existence so this existence that we know the mundane existence it's just one level that we human beings have decided to manifest within and to understand and to focus our energies within and it's an interesting level of consciousness it's an interesting world to be part of but as soon as we limit our communication meaning we can't fall asleep because we're too worried about the mundane or we can't come back to deep meditation because we're too anxious or our mind is too agitated soon as we do that then we create pain and suffering because it's not natural it's not natural to limit one's mind to just an agitated state of consciousness it's not natural for human beings to just be satisfied by material fulfillment of needs or desires it brings a certain amount of joy within the mundane realm but for the inner depths of your being your soul your essence your heart the core of your the still mind or the universal mind it's simply not enough this is why we need to fall asleep sometimes and dream come back to one level of understanding one level of communication one dimension of existence that some people say is not important but that is as important as whatever it is you are doing in your life without sleep this whole world would be a very terrible place we all need sleep to let go of aggression to let go of the agitated mind to let go of the toxins and the various elements that limit our manifestation within this mundane world every everything needs sleep every living aspect all manifestation whether it be plant animal reptile insect needs a form of sleep we may not understand the form of sleep and we may just recognize it in mammals but a form of sleep whereby this process of deep connection to this other dimension that is different from the mundane one that we know becomes more accessible so in dreams we access communication that is as useful communication that is as important as the communication you have with your boss or in the mundane world with your family members or with your friends or with the world with your favorite politician or favorite football team or whatever whatever in the mundane takes up your time and thoughts and energy and the energy that creates those thoughts so it's very important that we acknowledge that that is a level of existence that we need to honor we can't just neglect it but it's as important to fall into deep sleep and as important to move into a state of meditation where we access what it means to be a complete full full manifested within many dimensions of existence a fully manifested human being so of course it's not that sleep is the solution to all our pains and sufferings but believe me the more people who managed to sleep better who managed to consciously bring about healing and equilibrium within their sleep dreaming states and that happen every night the more this world would transform to be a much better place there's a lot of the limitations that are being created at this moment is due to aggression it's due to an agitated mind an agitated mind that then influences the nervous system and influences the muscles of the body and our thoughts and our feelings to such a degree we don't even realize that that influence is being played out because we haven't managed to honor the communication that needs to happen during sleep some people think it's great to sleep less and I know some busy busy bees you know are happy to be working many hours me included I remember you know I used to sleep three hours maybe two hours a day because I was there was too much to do so it's very busy some people staying still but too much and time into the mundane world so busy just addressing different situations that had basically very little to do with myself but that needed to be addressed and so many people say I don't have the time to sleep I don't have the time to meditate I don't have the time to explore other levels of consciousness and because this level of consciousness the mundane world requires me to do this or do that or whatever it is that the mundane world needs you to do work and to complete chores and to address situations to worry I mean most of the time we're actually doing nothing if we look from the state of meditation from this state of presence if we look at what we're doing and even in meditation even in our sleep very often what we're doing is just completing the communication that hasn't been completed in the mundane world so we sit there and we think oh I should have remembered that well I will do this oh you know before we know it the 23 minutes have gone and what have we done with the 23 minutes while I was sitting in meditation or I was trying to sit in meditation but I had all these worries and thoughts from the mundane world because you've forgotten the secret already what was explained in meditation is to magnetize the point of inner stillness so that the mind can hear whatever the mundane is communicating without being attached to it so it's almost like you're listening to music but the music doesn't really stop you from doing what you're doing it may help you to to get into a rhythm a happy rhythm within yourself that then speeds things up and that's the mystical way isn't it the mundane world isn't your enemy the mundane world isn't there to create suffering it's just that you've forgotten to listen to the other communications the music of life doesn't come from the state of attachment to the mundane world the music of life comes from just being still enough so that you can hear the music of life that's being played out on the many times very many dimensions even in your sleep see do you know what it's like to wake up one day and say that was the best sleep ever I feel in such a happy mood I just want to jump out of bed and you know I'm ready for the day and despite you having so much energy the day continues in a very positive way so everything that the day before took such a long time and created agitation and aggression and all sorts of sufferings doesn't seem to be important in this moment because you woke up with a different attitude the music of life is energizing you so that you are in deeper communication with the essence of what's going on rather than bouncing off the surface of your experience which may be that you're agitated or lacking sleep lacking the energy that accumulates when you're asleep so you're depleting yourself even more and the same with meditation but this this is something that most people don't understand because the state of meditation isn't as known as the state of sleep because sleep we basically most of us except people like me who sleep like three hours or used to sleep three hours no longer and you know just forget what sleep truly means but there are many people who have no idea what meditation means in the same way as falling asleep makes sense to people the meditational stillness that I speak about makes no sense because the mind mundane is in that space so the first step is to remember that there are many dimensions to existence if you honor this within the mundane world then the mind knows that the ego mind knows that it's not in control they think it's in control but actually what is in control is space manifestation the multi-dimensionality of experience is in control it's not that you are creating an experience but the experience is being created within the space that you exist within and it's only created in a certain way because you're focused on one level of the creation which is the mundane and if you're negative if you're aggressive or agitated by whatever it is that you're experiencing and that is the creative force that you are not only manifesting within the mundane world but also in your sleep and in your meditation and many other dimensions that I haven't spoken about that then begin to replicate noise the noise of suffering or what is known as the noise of Maya the noise of illusion the noise of pain separation and then we think it's the world that's creating this noise but actually it's our lack of connection to sleep or lack of connection to meditation to the space of stillness or lack of connection in scientific terms to the multi-dimensionality of existence we're not in touch with our hearts we're not in touch with that still point that then can embrace the beauty of experience from the multi-dimensional perception of beauty it's not that we I can only see beauty if I'm rich I can only see beauty if I have this need desire fulfilled I can only see beauty you don't need to see beauty beauty is in this moment you are in this moment perfect this moment doesn't need to be made perfect it is perfect what needs to happen it's very clear it's the agitated nervous tense anxious part of yourself that is part of the manifestation that happens within the mundane needs to just relax into a state where that is not the reference the reference is the magnetism of this still point within that you cultivate when you are asleep what happens when you are asleep the mind begins to explore knowledge our experience begins to move beyond the experience that we know from the past or the idea of the experience that we have from the future begins to explore very creative crazy sometimes side of dreaming dreams not limited by the material world dreams as Congo staff you spoke about dreams can come from all levels of our experience from archetypal levels from the DNA structure can be communicating to you information that's very relevant the DNA cells within the DNA within your cells could be communicating to you about your health out a new way to adapt to this moment which at this moment if you could see this moment from this moment is a beautiful moment but if you could step outside and see this moment from its multi-dimensional perspectives meaning that you actually can see the beauty but at the same time become aware of the mundane aspect of the world then you'd realize that there are many communications that are happening from the mundane world for example tension anxiety stress negative thinking that slowly influence even your DNA structure within the cells of your body but your cells know this and so are communicating back to you information that will help you transform the agitated mind within the mundane the agitated nervous system and that is caught within the pain and suffering of the mundane and there are clues subtle information wisdom within your dreams that can reveal to you how to be more still how to magnetize the still point within yourself so that you connect to healing so that you connect to well-being on a very different level than what can be understood through just thinking we know this you know we know for example that molecular structures that were impossible to understand and were sort of discovered in dreams or in this sort of more lucid dreaming state within meditation we know that the mystics thousands of years ago discovered aspects of physics that today when we read what was written thousands of years ago makes sense because we have the physics or the knowledge to understand what what these mystics were speaking about it will take a few more thousand years to understand some things that have been revealed in more recent times but still the information is out there and if you now connect to this information by honoring the multi-dimensionality of your experience so you're not caught in the mundane agitation that the mind needs to be caught in so that it fulfills its needs and desires but rather open the space of inner stillness so that the multi-dimensional aspects of your dreams or your meditation of meditational spaces that you explore and communicate to you very concrete important real information that can transform your life and your attitude within the mundane can be transformed like a miracle it just takes one realization to change your life I know working with people in the past deep meditation I remember some scientists working with me and they just in the depth of meditation they just understood something that couldn't be explained in words and actually by explaining it in words sometimes it creates even more confusion so I learned just to be still and not to explain too many things but in the meditation in the spiritual practice these scientists understood something about human what it means to be a human being in this multi-dimensional sense of experience that allowed them to create a new science and you a new way of understanding science it's not that the old science is not important the old science address certain issues that were relevant at the time but now we're entering into a new time a new beginning and we need to have the knowledge that supports a more harmonious transmission that transition and within this multi-dimensionality of experience so this means that you know as we explore space as we explore our own minds as we explore the more subtle realms of experience as we go out and explore the planets and anti-gravity and black spaces and whatever else out there in space science needs to address that which is not known to man today and our consciousness has the answers just as thousands of years ago and even now the communication happens and we just simply have to listen to the music of life or the wisdom of life that is within such music and be excited that we're creating a new paradigm that we are creating a new beginning this is the attitude that is needed when you sit in meditation or when you fall asleep but ah I haven't got time for this or my meditation is not never good just this is the greatest moment I'm embracing this greatest moment here this present now moment because there is an exploration I'm at the beginning of a new experience and this new experience doesn't need to be addressed by my mind's recollection of experiences of the past or perceptions of the future can be as it is reality as it is now without my interference without me pushing this or that to try to get to be more still or more spiritual or more happy or whatever happiness is here in this moment it's perfect as it is so if you do nothing but give yourself totally then you are in the moment so as you breathe in and breathe out let go continue today honoring all levels of your experience but giving enough of your attention your time your focus your energy to all aspects of life sleep meditation mundane from an attitude of wisdom this means that you really prioritize what is important is it important to keep the mind circling around that negative thought or that negative feeling or that judgment or is there more exciting adventures that await you as you embrace this moment from the state of wisdom that you inside of yourself already begin to recognize as you prioritize the fact that here in this moment life is a gift not to be wasted not to be thrown away because you're caught in this thought or that feeling or that reactive aggressive or and distressed state you can make a difference right now by being here thank you
