You you you Hello,
It's important to honor the journey of coming back home to this deep and profound and meaningful part of your being It's important to celebrate this because the mind is so very clever at creating all sorts of situations,
All sorts of perceptions In the ancient times this was known as the illusions of the mind.
So very easy to fall into those and to get caught and also manipulated by those things that the mind loves to create Everyone goes through some sort of what I call process.
Meditation is not about processing the illusions.
Meditation is not about trying to make sense of the illusions Remember meditation is about letting go and when you honor the journey,
When you say to yourself it's wonderful to be doing this,
A great thing to sit here and to just let go and be myself without the need to justify anything,
Without the need to create a dialogue,
An internal dialogue to that part of my mind that is so very used to manipulating and creating sabotage Just being.
That sense of acceptance that you create when you celebrate just being that you are being more mindful of or going deeper into as you sit in meditation That's a very important part of meditation.
Too often we'll look at things and say oh yeah I've done that,
What's next?
I've managed this,
Okay what's next?
So the mind is continuously looking for something outside of itself and that is the nature of the mind of course but that creates a whole momentum whereby we look at some sort of goal At the end of the journey I'll be able to sit on the sofa and relax and just enjoy myself,
Retire and celebrating with the heavens,
Be part of the heavenly realm or my experience rather than be connected or needing to understand or needing to comprehend what's going on on this level that mind functions within.
It's never like that as we know.
The journey isn't something that you're trying to get to.
It's not a goal,
It's not an end result of sitting in practice for 20 minutes It's not that hour to 20 minutes then all your day will be perfect.
We will continue to journey,
We will continue to move deeper,
We will continue to embrace the realities of existence,
The multi-dimensional realities of existence in many different ways depending on so many factors and you know those factors take time and when you celebrate and move into the timeless aspect of acceptance,
The timeless within you where you're nurturing yourself with a sense of it's okay to sit here and be myself That level of acceptance creates a multi-dimensional momentum meaning that there is no need to get to one place that perception of dualism that the mind is attached to becomes another illusion that you see through very easily There is no need to even go there.
The mind relaxes into a new dimension of being,
A level of consciousness that's elevated and beyond the attachment that the mind is so very used to in this dualistic perception of our experience There's nothing wrong.
We don't want to leave dualism and sort of escape into another dimension that feels or is perhaps better in our minds.
We are part of the multi-dimensional experience that is happening right now in this moment.
We're part of the flow We're part of co-creating reality.
The cosmos is singing within us.
It's not singing outside of us.
So when,
For example,
The ancient Greeks investigated or contemplated the nature of reality and mathematically tried to make sense of what was going on around them Because they didn't have the technology that we have today,
Spacecrafts and astronauts going out there and measuring all the things that we're able to measure today.
It was clear that there is a symphony that's going on around us and this multi-dimensional experience that's within the symphony of the cosmos happens in the microcosm that is our own experience in the wonderful gift that we are part of when we co-create our reality because we're in alignment with consciousness and that is what meditation is all about.
So celebrate consciousness just as it is rather than as your mind wants it to be or desires it to be or pushes and manipulates you to get to that wherever place and then that's what it wants it to be Just let go.
Celebrate,
Let go.
Extend the out-breath.
Breathe out and let go.
And sense as you breathe in the next in-breath,
The full in-breath that you're breathing in with the cosmos.
The cosmos is breathing in through you.
As you breathe in,
Deep full breath,
Breathe out and let go You may wish as you breathe out to let go and repeat the vibration of the mantra.
This is the symphony that you're creating within the cosmos.
As you repeat the mantra,
The mantra is repeating itself within you and singing that same vibration all around in the cosmos.
It's a wonderfully powerful way of letting go of the attachments that we get so very easily caught up in and letting go into stillness,
Into consciousness.
Deep breath and continue.
Breathing in,
Open and receptive.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
The vibration of the cosmos moving you,
Touching all the depths within you so that you just let go,
Release,
Clear and continue.

The flow of breath into your body helps you to breathe out and let go.

Relax before any action takes place,

Before you do anything.
Just be conscious of the in breath,
One deep in breath and one deep out breath and then know that you are connected to the stillness,
The consciousness,
That it's easier to create more conscious communication in your life,
More conscious connections in your life and to co-create or manifest reality from a totally new paradigm,
A more conscious paradigm.
