You You You When you're ready making sure that you are relaxed Breathing into the diaphragm breathing into the abdomen Making sure that you just scan the body to check if there is any tension Especially be aware of the shoulders and the tension that may be around the jaws As you breathe out let go let go of the tension and let go of the energy that's creating this tension Maybe just stress or anxiety or maybe something more specific So as you breathe out just imagine that you're letting go of your worries your stress your anxiety your tension whatever May be the cause just letting go as you breathe out And do this a few times You breathe out relax and move into this depth within Where things are a little bit more still the way that You feel about the world and about aspects of yourself is a little bit more gentle a bit more still a bit more relaxed It's a wonderful thing to be able to let go into relaxation the body the physiology of the body benefit from such Letting go from such stillness As you breathe in and breathe out take a few moments now to just Let go and come back to the stillness the deep stillness within Deep breath If you find your mind still very active or if you find yourself drifting into thoughts and situations and worrying or Just getting anxious about whatever those thoughts are whatever those feelings are and you're just Take a moment to acknowledge that they are present Present in on some dimension these thoughts are present,
But there is something deeper Within the stillness that you can go back to so it's like you are able to recognize that going back Is actually coming back to the same place To recognize that going back is actually coming to a space within yourself that feels like home Going back to the energy of consciousness.
It's like coming back home It's not that you try to get back to a specific feeling or a specific way of thinking You're just letting go into the stillness that is very present within the flow of energy that you sense so there's this presence that guides you back home to yourself You may recognize this presence as a sensation May recognize it as just Letting go,
You know,
Like when you sigh You're letting go and this is a recognition that you're coming back to somewhere deeper So you may notice these sensations as you move deeper and deeper and relax into the stillness To the stillness You You Deep breath In the stillness you may find yourself drifting into this more relaxed sleepy sort of state or being and it's very good if you Fall into this depth and just continue moving deeper and deeper And at some stage it will feel You will sense the sense of Letting go into a sleepy state,
But we need to go beyond the sleepy state So this means that you stay focused.
It's just like you're watching what's going on inside of you There is an awareness,
But at the same time you're not Manipulating or controlling the experience you're allowing the experience to unfold and just to guide you So within the relaxation you're being guided to a depth of yourself That you begin to recognize maybe as a sensation Maybe just as the awareness moves deeper and deeper as a flow within yourself No effort that's required just a letting go As you breathe out you can let go extend the out breath And as you extend the out breath Extend the out breath relaxing into the moment into the flow within this moment You You You You You Deep breath It's a wonderful thing that the experience of stillness or the alignment to the inner flow to this inner sense of harmony and well-being happens on a regular basis So what you're doing now is really nurturing the depth of your being nurturing your mind nurturing your emotional body or physical body Just being still allows for healing to be very prominent to be very much part of the experience your meditational experience Being open and receptive means letting go of judgment letting go of your thoughts of doing things in a better way or in a very specific way As you let go and you just allow the healing you're open and receptive to the healing allow the healing to move you There is a shift a very important shift that is taking place within you but also within the experience that you're having So you begin to manifest and connect to energies The manifestation of these energies may be actual situations around you in a new way and it's a wonderful thing That you're gifting yourself with Meditation the spiritual experience of presence awareness is a wonderful thing that allows for life to be much more meaningful and much more profound Spend a few moments just feeling the gratitude that you've now given yourself throughout these days throughout these weeks given yourself the gift of healing the gift of presence The gift of being open and receptive to the many beautiful things that your heart embraces from a from a state of gratitude from this state of thankfulness For no other reason than just beauty is beautiful there is no need to label beauty or to be thankful because of a specific aspect of the beauty that you're experiencing beauty in itself is the flow So gratitude is just recognizing things as they are As you breathe in and breathe out spend a few moments integrating the stillness through gratitude Deep breath you Deep breath And as you bring the awareness back to this wonderful flow and connection within yourself to gratitude and all the beautiful aspects of your experience bringing this to a sense of presence Just spend a few more moments in stillness allowing for integration to happen on a very deep level and when you feel ready just write a few things down that on a piece of paper or in your journal just write those things down that are important in this integration process What are you grateful for?
