Hello,
I hope you can hear me.
When you're ready.
Finding a comfortable place.
Just making sure that you're away from any disturbances that may be happening in the background or that may be just distracting your attention from these very precious moments of relaxing,
Letting go of the mundane and coming back to this space of inner stillness.
It's a wonderful gift that you can embrace on all levels,
On a very physical level,
Just making sure that your body is upright,
Your shoulders relaxed.
As you breathe in,
Your chest open and receptive to the natural flow of breathing,
Your spine relaxed and upright so that it supports your whole body.
Any tension in the jaws or around the face,
Just being aware of this tension,
Letting go.
There is no need to expend energy holding onto tension or holding onto stress or holding onto anxiety.
You can just simply let it go by focusing on the out-breath.
As you breathe out,
Just allowing a deep sense of warmth and wellbeing to fill the space.
Wherever there is tension,
Warmth and relaxation fills the space so it is much more natural to let go of this tension.
And there is a clear reference when you realize,
Okay,
I can let this go for now and it's wonderful to embrace this warm,
Tingling,
Healing sensation in the physical structure of my body,
Then that decision is easily made.
As with many decisions in life about your attitude,
About your belief system,
About the way that you present yourself in the world,
How you structure yourself in the world,
So your physical posture,
The energy movement within your physical structure,
The nervous system.
Everything starts with a clear decision or an intention or clarity,
Belief system that comes from a clarity,
An understanding,
From wisdom.
Sometimes we forget to listen to the wisdom deep within,
Sometimes we forget to listen to that which is very clear,
That which is very important in the moment because we are caught in the next moment or we are caught in a picture about the next moment.
But now,
As you let yourself come back to the body,
To the breath,
To this moment,
There is nothing really that stops you from making that clear decision to come back to a state of well-being,
Equilibrium,
Which is the natural state for all human beings,
No matter what is going on.
When we decide clearly from deep within,
From the creative force that's within,
From deep,
Deep within the energy of the body,
To embrace the life force that which gives us life,
That gives all aspects of the world life,
That life force more clearly presents itself in the various manifestations that we are,
The physical manifestation of our body,
The emotional manifestation of our emotional body,
The mental manifestation of our minds,
The very structure,
The core structure of our energy embraces this wonderful life energy.
So our focus is clear.
Don't spend too much time or energy confusing our minds with so many different thoughts or so many different pictures,
So many different ideas or so many different deductions.
You can just relax into that which is clearly beautiful for our bodies,
Clearly beautiful for our minds and our emotions and our energy.
Creates a sort of celebration deep within,
Sort of excitement or a new beginning,
Sort of understand that life is a step by step clear decision,
Clear belief in yourself,
In the energy of yourself that manifests when you embrace that clarity in such a way that it is made real,
It's not just a dream or it's not just an idea,
It becomes real.
So as you breathe in,
As you breathe in deeply into the body,
You're making the breath more real,
Manifested within the energy of the body in a more real way.
As you relax your body,
The body is becoming more mindful of the various aspects of life,
What it means to be alive,
What it means to be vibrant in a very real way.
So very often the pains and the tensions that we have are only structured in such a way because we're not listening to a deeper message that becomes clear as we adjust the various aspects of our lives that we've embraced but that take us nowhere.
So belief systems that judge or belief systems that create limitations or belief systems that are negative in essence,
Very often we embrace this in a way that is very unconscious,
We don't even realize that we're embracing such belief systems.
They,
Those belief systems,
Begin to change not only the way that we breathe,
Not only the structure of our body,
The way that we hold ourselves up in the world,
But also many other levels.
So the simplicity of letting go of those belief systems is in the action,
In the activity,
Being mindful of the way that you breathe,
Being mindful of the way that you hold your body,
Being mindful of the senses,
The information that's being transmitted within the senses in this moment,
Being mindful of your thoughts,
Being mindful of your feelings,
Being mindful of the communications that are happening beyond the thoughts and feelings.
As you embrace an expanded state of consciousness where being mindful or being aware,
Being present to all aspects of this creative force that we call life is part of your practice,
Is part of the meditation,
Then everything slows down,
Eventually coming back here to the now,
To the present.
Deep breath.
Embrace the stillness.
Let go of tension.
Let go of anxiety.
Let go of the thoughts.
Let go of all that glutters,
The still space within.
Deep breath.
As you let go,
The energy that is invested in repetitive behaviors or repetitive thoughts or repetitive structures that limit you from being free in this moment,
Require less energy as you let them go.
The energy that is here in your body becomes part of the expansion,
Transcendence.
It's almost as if the energy supports you.
You're not alone.
It supports you to be free.
The energy that previously was depleted by a posture that limits your breathing or thought that limits your belief in freedom or a feeling that limits your courage,
Your compassion.
Now as they become free,
That energy is transmitted into consciousness,
Into the space that allows for consciousness to manifest here in your practice,
Your meditation.
Deep breath.
Letting go.
Reminding yourself if you come back to the mundane,
If you come back to a thought,
Come back to being attached to some situation outside or inside of yourself that doesn't make it easy for you to remember this still space,
This stillness within.
Just watch the thought,
Whatever it is that's creating the distraction for a moment,
And come back to the breath,
Relaxing the breath,
Making sure the breath moves down deep,
Down to the abdomen,
Slowing the breath down.
The breath is as gentle and as spacious as consciousness,
Still and quiet.
Deep breath.
Gentle breath.
Relaxed body.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Breathing in gently.
Breathing out.
Gently.
Consciously.
Just making sure the breath flows in a very still and quiet manner.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Peiring.
Not taking problems away from you.
The stillness,
Feeling this sense of deep inner gratitude for just being.
No need to go anywhere,
No need to do anything,
No need to achieve anything or aim at anything,
Just embracing natural qualities that are within your being in this moment through gratitude.
I appreciate the well-being that is flowing through my body,
I appreciate the healing that this beautiful universe is creating within me,
I appreciate and continue to look at the positives,
The beautiful gifts that are so very often forgotten and the mind is distracted or attached to this or that.
As you continue with your practice throughout today,
Whenever the mind is distracted by thoughts,
Negative thoughts or stress or anxiety,
Simply come back again to the breath and still the breath so that there is a gentle spaciousness in your experience of life,
Gentle communication to yourself and to others,
Communication that is heartfelt,
That is real,
That is meaningful.
We now continue with the Who meditation.
