Choose a comfortable position or sit in a chair and make yourself absolutely comfortable And then just take a few moments to just tune in with the body,
Noticing the grounded position that you're sitting in,
As always feeling supported by Mother Earth.
And then just start to take four easy,
Pleasant,
Diaphragmatic breaths,
Just breathing in and out through the nose.
Perfect.

Let's transition our awareness to our physical body now just to start to deeply relax and internalize our awareness from the external world.
So just becoming aware of your complete meditation posture and the symmetrical position of your meditation posture.
And imagine that your body is like a grounded,
Large,
Stable,
Steady tree.
Base of your body is like the roots of the tree,
Growing into the ground,
Creating a solid foundation.
Upper body is stable and strong like the roots of the tree.
Become aware of your whole body as a large,
Stable,
Strong tree.
And then we'll go on a little journey around the body,
Just becoming aware of the physical components of our body.
Just shift your attention to your right foot,
Left foot,
Right leg,
Left leg.
Just to the hips,
The tailbone,
The pelvis,
The torso and the chest,
The lower back,
Canoper back,
Shoulders,
The arms,
The hands,
Back of the head,
Top of the head,
Forehead,
Eyes,
Nose,
Mouth,
And the whole head,
Your whole head,
Both arms,
The whole body,
Both legs and the whole body.
And just become aware of your whole body,
Your whole body.
Perfect.
And just tuning in with your breath,
Just tuning in with the inhalations and the exhalations.
Give your mind freedom.
It's normal and natural for you to have thoughts.
Just tune in with the breath for the next eight breaths.
And next,
As you're focusing on your breath,
I'd like you to guide your awareness in through your nostrils to the space behind your closed eyes.
This is your Chittakash,
Your wise,
Calm,
Grounded,
High self.
It just watches the mind from a distance like it's watching a movie.
So just continue to focus on your breath at the nostrils,
Guide your awareness to the space behind your closed eyes,
And just tapping into your wise,
Calm,
Grounded,
High self as you focus on the breath.

And the key here is just to allow your thoughts to arise and keep on tuning in with the breath.
And the reason why is because when you're consciously aware of your breath,
It becomes a function of your more evolved brain and your high self.
So let your mind wander.
Let us do a thing.
Just keep on tapping into the peace and the power and the high knowledge of the breath and your high self.
So now that we're in a very calm,
Peaceful,
Aware state,
The next step is to contemplate on our thoughts and any past events.
We do this from our high self with what is called vinyana,
Higher knowledge,
Wisdom,
And intelligence.
Just contemplate on and wisely analyze any challenging past events or whatever arises into your conscious awareness.
And then as you're focusing on the breath and the space behind your closed eyes with wisdom,
Just contemplate,
Is there any lessons to learn?
Contemplate if you could have managed these events strategically better with more intuitional wisdom or perhaps even analyzing them.
They really have no bearing now as you observe them for the next eight breaths from your wise,
Calm,
Grounded,
High self.
Perfect.
Next we're going to continue with the analyzation meditation and we're going to start to redirect the mind to reframe for any positive outcomes for the future.
We do this with the mindset that we recognize our power within us to take control of how we respond to circumstances and events with more wisdom and intuition.
And now we'll start to reframe any experiences in the past or unhelpful thoughts and turn any unhelpful experiences or thoughts into positive,
Empowering experiences and thinking processes.
For the next few moments,
Start to redirect the mind to positive,
Empowering thoughts and positive,
Empowering outcomes for your future.
