Hi,

Welcome to your meditation to predictably tune into higher states of consciousness.

Interwoven throughout the magnificent wisdom texts are various renditions of the concept of a higher reality,

The soul,

Or your individual consciousness.

The enlightened yogis,

Rishis,

And seers who were authors of these illuminating texts all proclaim the importance of experiencing evolved higher states of consciousness for the evolution of our human experience and to attain self-realization.

My aim for this lesson is to provide you with a systematic,

Predictable,

Reliable way to tune in to these evolved states of consciousness so you can unleash your true potential and share your unique gifts and talents with the world.

We will achieve this in this meditation by practicing a very powerful meditation technique called Chittakash Dharana.

The Chittakash is the seat of your individual consciousness.

It's located in the area of your Agna Chakra,

Your center for high levels of intuition,

Wisdom and higher knowledge.

Chittakash Dharana will help you to reconnect with the best possible version of yourself,

Your higher self,

That naturally empowered state that you know you can trust to make the right decisions in your life and to gain crystal clear clarity for your vision for your ideal future so you can materialize your goals,

Dreams and aspirations into reality.

Chittakash Dharana will additionally help you to meditate with more ease so you can really enjoy your meditation practice and receive all of the wonderful benefits.

It will help you to tap into the higher wisdom,

Knowledge and intuition of psychic and paranormal abilities.

Furthermore,

It will help you to develop that clear vision and how you're going to materialize your dreams into reality.

Ultimately,

Chittakash Dharana opens up the doorway for you to become the co-creator with the universal field of divine abundance so you can live a more successful,

Prosperous life with purpose.

So let's start with our meditation practice.

So please find a comfortable position that you can maintain very easily and then we'll start our meditation practice by transcending the Anamaya Kosha,

The physical dimension of our experience.

So just adjust your body so your body is very comfortable.

Choose a comfortable meditation posture and then lengthen the crown up into the heavens above.

Relax your shoulders back to open up your heart and align your spinal column with its natural curves.

Just take a few moments to ground your physical body and feel that connection with Mother Earth.

Just feeling a sense of groundedness,

Stableness of your meditation posture.

And then we're going to practice eight gentle,

Easy diaphragmatic breaths.

Just breathing in and out through the nose.

So just take eight breaths in a comfortable way for a duration that you can easily maintain.

Same duration for the inhalation and the exhalation.

Let's just take eight easy breaths now.

Breathing in,

Imagine positive energy flowing up from your meditation posture to the crown of the head,

Energizing your body.

As you exhale,

Just feel a sense of peace and calmness flowing back down.

Perfect.

Seven more breaths.

Inhaling positive energy.

Exhale,

Peace and calmness.

Perfect.

Perfect.

Let's just shift our awareness back to the physical body and become aware of your physical body from the base of your meditation posture to the top of the head.

Awareness of your meditation posture.

And then I'd like you to guide your awareness outside of your body.

Just imagine as if you're seeing your body reflected back in a full length mirror.

Just see your body reflected back.

The base of your meditation posture,

The legs and the upper body and the arms and the head.

See your body reflected back from the front.

Then we'll shift the mirror to the right side.

See your body from the right side,

The base of the meditation posture,

The upper body,

Arms and the head.

Then we'll shift the mirror to the back of the body.

See your body from the back.

The base of your meditation posture.

Then the back,

Arms,

Shoulders and the back of the head.

We'll shift the mirror to the left side.

See your body from the left side,

The base of your meditation posture,

The trunk,

Arms and the head.

Then we'll shift the mirror to above the body.

Just imagine that you can see your body reflected back from above.

See your body sit at calm and at ease from above.

And then we'll start to move that mirror around the body.

See your body reflected back in a three-dimensional way as a mirror moves around the body.

Perfect.

Now we will go on a little journey around the body.

I'll call the body parts out.

Just simply become aware of your body parts.

Starting with just becoming aware of your right foot and nothing else.

Just awareness of your right foot.

The left foot.

Right leg.

Left leg.

Awareness of the seating bones.

And the lower back.

Awareness of the pelvis,

The tummy and the chest.

Awareness of the upper back.

The right shoulder,

Left shoulder.

Right arm and hand.

Left arm and hand.

And awareness to the back of the neck.

Back of the head.

Top of the head.

Your forehead.

Right eye.

Left eye.

And then the point between the eyebrows.

This is your Agna Chakra.

The nose,

Cheeks and the mouth.

Then the whole head.

The whole head.

The whole trunk,

Front and back.

Both arms.

Both legs.

Then the whole body.

The whole body.

Just become aware of your whole body.

The whole body.

Perfect.

Imagine that your body is like a statue.

Stable,

Strong and grounded.

And that you cannot move your body because it's like a statue.

Motionless.

Perfect.

And then just tune back in with the breath.

And just watch your breath as it flows in and out of your body.

No need to modify the breath.

Just watch your breath.

And any time,

Any thoughts come.

Give your mind freedom,

Let them come.

Give your mind freedom to express itself.

It is normal and natural.

And keep on tuning back to the breath for four more breaths.

Perfect.

Perfect.

As you're maintaining awareness of the breath.

I'd just like you to become aware that within you is your highest self,

Your Sakshi.

That is the experiencer and the witness of everything.

We start this experience of tuning into our highest self by just becoming aware of any physical sensations in the body.

As you're focusing on the breath,

Just notice that you have a physical body.

And just notice any physical sensation and just move from sensation to sensation.

Notice that the sensations and the physical body is a separate component to your highest self.

That is the witness,

The observer of the sounds.

So just slowly start to just observe any sensations within the body from your highest self.

That is the witness or the experiencer.

It is not the physical body.

It is not any physical sensations.

It is the observer.

Just tune into the observer now.

Okay,

Perfect.

So now we transition to sounds.

Just let the sounds come.

No need to analyze the sounds.

But just observe the sounds.

In your environment.

And notice that your ears are part of your physical body.

That is hearing the sounds.

Notice that the sounds are a separate entity to your ears.

They're an external component.

This is the second component.

But then notice that there's something in the background.

The observer.

The witness.

That is experiencing the sounds.

As you're just focusing on your breath once again.

Just notice that your highest self is the observer experience of the sounds.

As you tune more and more into your highest self.

Just letting the sounds arise.

Whatever they are.

But notice that you are the experiencer of these sounds.

Notice that your highest self is observing the sounds.

Okay,

Great work.

Next.

Just start to observe your breath at the nostrils.

Notice that you're breathing in the air.

Your physical body,

Your respiratory system.

Is processing the air.

This is your physical body,

The first component.

Notice that there's another component here.

The air or energy or prana that comes into the body and the respiratory system.

But notice that there is an experiencer.

An observer of the breath at the nostrils.

Of the powerful prana that is coming into the body.

Notice that there is a third separate entity that is the experiencer,

The witness of the breath.

This is your wise,

Calm,

Grounded highest self.

The sakshi,

Your atma,

Your individual consciousness.

That is the experiencer of the breath.

So for the next eight breaths,

Give your mind freedom.

And just continually coming back to awareness of your breath at the nostrils.

And the awareness that you are the witness.

Your highest self is the witness.

Your highest self is witnessing the breath.

And just more and more tune into your highest self as you're witnessing your breath for the next eight breaths.

Perfect.

Next we will start to witness any thinking processes.

That is arising from the manomaya kosha,

The subconscious mind.

So we take another eight breaths.

Once again giving your mind freedom.

It's normal and natural to have thoughts.

Your thoughts are arising to be understood,

Resolved and transformed.

Let's just follow this process again.

Just focusing on the breath.

And notice that you are the experiencer,

The witness of any thoughts,

Emotions,

Thinking processes.

And just observe them from this wise,

Calm,

Grounded higher place with compassion.

And curiosity.

For the next eight breaths.

Let the content of your mind arise,

But just witness it from your highest self.

With compassion and curiosity for eight breaths now.

Perfect.

Next,

Let's come back to the breath again.

And this time I'd like you to guide your awareness in through the nostrils with your next inhalation to the space behind your closed eyes.

And just focus on the breath.

Follow the breath into that space behind your closed eyes.

And just tune into this phenomena of your highest self and the Chittakash.

The Chittakash is located behind your eyes.

The Chittakash is located behind the closed eyes in the mid of your head.

This is related to your Agna Chakra,

Your control center and your wise,

Calm,

Grounded highest self.

So let's take another eight breaths.

Just simply tuning into this higher faculty of your mind.

As you're focusing on the breath,

The space behind the closed eyes.

And just tuning in more and more to your wise,

Calm,

Grounded highest self.

Let's practice.

Practice.

16 breaths now.

Give your mind freedom.

But also notice how you can witness your mind from this powerful,

Wise,

Highest state.

And just give your mind freedom to come up with solutions or perhaps you might need visions.

You might need to analyze something.

Let your mind do what it wants.

And just continually tuning back in with the breath,

Space behind the closed eyes,

As you witness everything from your highest self.

For 16 breaths now.

And for the next few moments,

As you're focusing on the breath and the space behind your closed eyes,

The Chittakash,

Your grounded highest self,

Just contemplate on any phenomena that arises in the mind.

Notice if there's any insights,

Any visions,

Solutions.

For the next few minutes,

And just slowly coming back to the breath again,

You have been practicing Chittakash Dharana.

Chittakash Dharana will assist you to predictably tap into the higher wisdom and intuition of your highest self.

This is a natural state of bliss and the higher psychic dimensions of the mind.

Additionally,

Chittakash Dharana is a doorway to accessing the higher realms of what is called the Ishwara.

It opens up the gateway to tuning into a higher reality.

And the more you practice this technique,

The more you will also tune into the wise,

Calm,

Grounded,

Highest self.

So well done.

We'll slowly start to transition back into the physical world now.

Just becoming aware of your physical body once again.

Your meditation posture.

Keeping the eyes closed,

We'll just familiarize yourself with your surroundings.

Just visualizing any walls,

Doors,

Floor,

The ceiling.

And we'll slowly come back refreshed,

Revitalized,

With a clear mind,

Body full of energy,

And with the realization that we can predictably and reliably tune in to our highest self for a myriad of reasons,

From just simply reducing stress to attaining these higher states of consciousness where we can utilize the high power of our mind to achieve our goals,

Dreams,

And aspirations so we can become the creator of our destiny.

This concludes the meditation practice.
