Hi everyone.
I want to jump on today because a lot is happening energetically.
It seems the energy of October 2025 is more potent than most of us know,
And I'm sensing this.
I just wanted to reach out to everybody who's listening and let them know that as things move forward,
It's going to be really important for you to take the appropriate steps to make sure your energy field is balanced,
Aligned,
And that you are not susceptible to the distortions these potent energies hammer all of us.
In other words,
Be grounded,
Be yourself,
And don't be swept off your feet.
So the energies of October are very,
Very tricky.
And when I say tricky,
I mean potent.
And there is this unevenness in the flow that's coming at us.
And it's almost like it's trying to push us to feel our way into something new.
And yet the new isn't showing itself as strongly as the old tired energies,
If this makes sense.
And I don't see this changing much through the fall,
Right through till Christmas,
And maybe beyond.
So I'm looking at helping you guys understand how to ground,
How to balance,
How to take care of your physical body,
How to take care of your mental and emotional bodies,
And how to work with the energy flow around you.
And the reason I'm pushing this out right now is because I want as many people as possible to feel comfortable through what seems like an energetically challenging time.
The first thing that my guides have said to watch for is whether you are getting enough sleep.
That is their number one message for me.
And it probably is for everyone else.
So when they say,
Get as much sleep as you can,
What they mean is,
Get your seven or eight hours at night and take naps whenever your body says it needs a nap.
Sleep is important.
That's one thing they're drilling home to me right now.
Get lots of sleep.
The next thing they've mentioned to me is to ensure that you're drinking lots of fluids.
And I'm going to add to this by saying,
Make sure that the fluids you're drinking have some mineral content too.
So you're adding minerals,
Whether that's from sea salt,
Himalayan salt,
Or some other form.
That's really important because water in the body is necessary,
But it's more useful to the body if it's mineralized.
That's number two.
Number three is to ensure you're connecting with the earth.
I know that might sound cliche,
As people always say,
Connect to nature.
But this is really important.
Even if you don't live where you can get to nature easily,
Get outside someplace where there's a non-synthetic layer below you.
That could be earth with concrete on it,
Which is a conductor.
All you need to do is connect any part of your body to the ground without clothes or shoes.
And if at all possible,
Stay out of electromagnetic fields.
In other words,
If there's a lot of electromagnetic energy flowing near or within the ground,
That might not be as helpful.
So find a place where there aren't large electromagnetic currents flowing,
And then ground there.
Grounding is a way of allowing the natural healing energy of the earth to balance your energy and bring it into the same balance point as all of the natural world.
And the last thing I'm going to mention today is breath and breathing.
Ensure that you're taking time across your day to breathe,
Even if it's just three nice long breaths.
Use these to relax and bring you back to center.
If you feel your energy is scattered,
Say to yourself,
Come home.
This will bring your energy back into your body.
You'll feel this in your chest and the core of your abdomen right through from your hips to your shoulders.
Then let this sensation expand and ground you.
As I mentioned,
I think this fall,
Including October,
Is going to be difficult.
