Let's take a journey into the heart.

We can bring ourselves back to this moment simply through a permission that fully allows ourselves to just be here.

Recognize all the resistance,

All the tension,

Some silly little voice that says it's not okay for you to just be.

That's silly.

This voice demands about something,

Demands you get somewhere,

But that's not what we're doing right now.

We're coming home to the reality of what we are,

Not seeking some imaginary better version.

Just be here with me.

Recognize that it's totally okay to just be here as you are.

Can you feel what is felt without thinking about it?

Can you fully embrace whatever experience your human might be having right now?

And if there's any emotional disturbance,

That the human is simply just scared.

So hold a space where even being scared is allowed.

Let yourself know that it's okay because right now in this moment,

In reality,

There's nothing to be afraid of.

You don't even have to be afraid of being afraid.

Thank you for meditating with me.
