The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of the head and is associated with the color violet or white. It governs spiritual connection, enlightenment, and unity with the universe. This chakra is the gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual awareness.

Let go of the words and let them float into your subconscious mind.
