Welcome, Dear friend, To your daily presence. This is number 19. One of the things I'd like to point to is the natural unfolding desire of the universe and our planet, For example, To continually be in a state of healing or renewal. Whenever nature unleashes its power in the form of a storm or a volcano or an earthquake, There is a natural rebuilding or renewal of the environment. And I believe that that renewing is also available within ourselves, In our bodies and in our thinking, Our minds, The way we operate, The way we move about the world. And so today's words want to take that into account. And so I invite you to pause where you are. If you're comfortable, Close your eyes, Take in a gentle breath, Let it go. Allow yourself to hear these words. I recognize the dynamic health and vitality that is available, And I welcome that into my life. I am grateful for the infinite supply of healing energy that comes to me in numerous and free-flowing ways. I am actively sharing love and forgiveness. This I do in the full faith of knowing my naturally abundant and loving nature. And so it is.
