Welcome to this tapping laughter meditation to help you open up to laughter when you don't feel like laughing.

You can release your resistance to laughter and increase joy and happiness by combining EFT tapping with laughter yoga.

Let's start with a little deep breathing.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And release with an ah.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And ah.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And ah.

Now begin tapping on the karate chop point.

As we go through this meditation,

Please repeat the statements out loud or in your head.

You'll notice that we'll start by accepting the truth of what we're feeling and then we'll work through it to release and clear any emotions that are currently blocking our joy.

Even though I'm feeling a little down and stagnant.

I accept how I feel and I'm open to feeling lighter now.

Even though I don't feel like laughing.

I'm open to releasing any resistance to laughter now.

Even though I sometimes forget how laughter helps.

I'm open and receptive to trying to laugh and feeling joy now.

Gently tap on the eyebrow point.

I'm feeling a little down.

On the other side of the eye,

I don't feel like laughing.

Under the eye,

I don't even feel like smiling.

I have too much to do.

Dip of the chin.

Too many problems to solve.

Collarbone.

I don't feel inspired or excited.

Under the arm.

Everything is just too much.

Top of the head.

I'm feeling stagnant and stuck.

Eyebrow.

I know that laughing will help.

Side of the eye.

But I just don't feel like laughing.

Under the eye.

How can I laugh when I don't feel like it?

Under the nose.

How can I feel joy and happiness?

Dip of the chin.

I just don't really want to laugh.

Collarbone.

But what if I try anyway?

Under the arm.

What if I release my resistance?

Top of the head.

What if I choose to laugh for no reason?

Eyebrow.

I guess I can just try to laugh.

Side of the eye.

I can just make some laughter sounds.

Ha ha.

Under the eye.

Maybe these sounds will make it easier.

Ho ho ho.

Under the nose.

I can try smiling with the sounds.

He he he.

Dip of the chin.

I know motion creates emotion.

Ha ha ha.

Collarbone.

I release my resistance to laughter with each laughter sound.

Ho ho ho.

Under the arm.

I'm open to feeling lighter and lighter.

He he he.

Top of the head.

I choose to create happiness and joy.

Ha ha ha.

Eyebrow.

I choose to laugh unconditionally.

Ha ha ha.

Side of the eye.

I choose to release any blocks to joy.

Ha ha ha.

Under the eye.

I am receptive to feeling happiness.

Ha ha ha.

Under the nose.

I am embracing the transformative power of laughter.

Ha ha ha.

Dip of the chin.

With each laugh,

I'm feeling lighter,

Happier,

And more joyful.

Ha ha ha ha.

Collarbone.

I welcome joy into every cell of my body.

Ha ha ha ha.

Under the arm.

I am feeling relaxed and content in this new state of joy.

Ha ha ha ha.

Top of the head.

I am filled with gratitude,

Happiness,

And joy.

Ha ha ha ha.

Eyebrow.

Now we'll continue moving through the tapping points while solidifying our feelings of joy and happiness by doing a laughter meditation.

Laugh as lightly or as heartily as you feel like laughing.

Side of the eye.

Ha ha ha ha.

Under the eye.

Ha ha ha ha.

Under the nose.

Ha ha ha ha.

Dip of the chin.

Ha ha ha ha ha.

Collarbone.

Ha ha ha ha.

Under the arm.

Ha ha ha ha.

Top of the head.

Ha ha ha ha.

Wonderful.

Now please stop tapping and let's breathe.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And release with an ah.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And ah.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And ah.

Breathe in.

Hold it.

And ah.

Thank you so much.

Please laugh on.
