Transcript

Take a deep breath.

Become aware of the body.

Open the body for any blockages of energy,

Any tightness or strain.

Tune into any energy blockage you find and allow it to relax,

Release and let go.

Allow the energy to release and flow without effort by softening into these areas,

By accepting them as they are.

Take a deep breath.

Drop all resistance.

Take a deep breath.

Stop holding on.

Take a deep breath.

Allow the body to be as it is.

Feel the tightness letting go and softening.

Feel peace and tranquility.

Fill the space where there was once tension.

Imagine release.

Feel the ease.

Let it all go.

Breathe stillness into the body.

Breathe peace into the body.

Breathe lightness into the body.

Allow it to fade into the background.

Take a deep breath and let it all go.

Become aware of the silence.

If a thought is arising,

Just notice it as something passing by,

Like a person talking as they walk past you.

Allow it to pass without participating with it.

Just watch as it arises and falls away.

Allow all the stories to come and go and find stillness here and now as that which remains.

Become the background.

Become the silence.

Become that which is listening to the thoughts.

Who is listening?

Breathe into the spaciousness.

Breathe into the silence of this observer.

Here in this moment,

You are no one,

No thing,

And nowhere.

Breathe into this awareness.

All else is passing you by,

But you are not it.

You are beyond all of it.

You are that which is witnessing the thoughts,

The stories,

The breath,

The body.

You are the stillness.

You are the silent presence.

Breathe into the infinite presence.

Breathe into this awareness that has always been there,

Always with you,

Always listening and experiencing,

Always present,

Always.

Breathe into the eternal presence.

Who is listening?

Take a deep breath.

Feel the peace of this presence.

Feel that infinite tranquility of this presence.

And know that this presence is always there,

Always with you.

And you can return to its loving stillness at any time.

Take a deep breath.

Feel the body's ribs expand.

Feel the heart beating.

Gently return your awareness back to the body,

Knowing that the stillness is always with you.

Wiggle your toes and fingers,

Knowing that the peaceful silence is always with you.

Take a deep breath,

Knowing you are so much more than this body and mind.

Take a deep breath,

Slowly open your eyes,

Knowing you are the silent awareness that is observing this divine creation called life.

Take a deep breath,

Knowing you can see clearly now,

Knowing you are truly free.
