You are that which is witnessing the thoughts,
The stories,

The body.
You are the stillness.
You are the silent presence.
Breathe into the infinite presence.
Breathe into this awareness that has always been there,
Always with you,
Always listening and experiencing,
Always present,
Always.
Breathe into the eternal presence.
Who is listening?

Feel the peace of this presence.
Feel that infinite tranquility of this presence.
And know that this presence is always there,

And you can return to its loving stillness at any time.
