Come to lie down on your back.
Place a pillow or a bolster or a folded blanket under your head for some support.
Something that's not too high just to make sure that your head is slightly propped up and not too uncomfortable on the surface beneath you,
Ideally on the floor.
You can also place a bolster or a pillow under your knees for some support.
Now separate your legs wider than your hips.
Allow your feet to fall open to the sides.
But make sure that your heels are still grounded onto the floor.
Place your arms down beside you.
Alongside your body.
And face your palms upwards.
Make sure that nothing is touching your palms.
Lengthen the back of your neck Close down your eyes.
You can also place an eye cloth over your eyes but make sure that it is nothing too heavy.
Close down your eyes.
And make your final adjustments.
Once you're done with your final adjustments.
Minimize any unnecessary movements.

Relax your body.
And have the intention to relax.
Your mind will sleep.

But your awareness will remain awake and aware.
Begin to notice your breath.
Seeing internally,
That as you inhale and exhale,

Now become aware of sound.
Sensing sound as becoming increasingly distant.
No attachment to any sounds that you hear.
Simply move on from one sound to the next.
You're simply awareness.
Watching your body breathing.
Now become aware of sensations in your body.
As tightness or holding.
Notice where they are.
And have the intention to let go.
Begin to consciously shape your breath.
As you inhale.
You breathe into your belly.
And as you exhale,
You allow your body to surrender deeper.
Into the ground beneath you.
As you inhale.

Free of any holding.

Pure spaciousness.
Your body is asleep.

But awareness is effortlessly awake and aware.
You are pure awareness.
Simply watching the body breathing.
Now begin to sense your body dissolve.
Your body dissolves.
Into a cloud of rose-colored light.
No effort.
Your body simply dissolves.
Into a cloud of rose-colored light.
Eventually.
Even you dissolve.
Into this rose-colored light.
No more you.
No more body.
You are the rose-colored light.
Aware of itself.
Now release all effort.
No more visualizing.
No more rose-coloured light.
Rest in pure spacious awareness.
Asleep to the finite.
And awake to the infinite.
Sense your awareness.
As the link to boundless intelligence.
Now begin to very gently Deepen your breath.
As you deepen your breath.
Guide your awareness back into your body.
Allow your breath to expand into your arms.
And your legs.
Very slowly begin to Bring some gentle movements to your hands and your feet.
Stretch out your body in any way that you need to.
Now roll over to your right side.
And take a couple of deep breaths here.
