Then, we can know it, communicate with it, and work with it. This is a life long journey, not a one or two day practice. It starts here, for 40 days consecutively. No breaks in between. Meet your Teacher

Shora is a certified yoga and meditation teacher under the Sri Vidya lineage of Traditional Tantric Yoga. Having done her 500 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and practiced everyday since, she continuously embodies the sacred practices that she will share. As a result, Shora does not only teach the techniques, but her presence also transmits the essence of these practices. Shora believes that a good teacher is one who is always a student of the lineage, always practicing, always evolving, always learning, and always humble.

Lesson 3

Prana Dharana Guide: Basic Practice

You will practice this exact technique for 20 days. Day 1 of 20 of your practice begins today! I highly recommend having a calendar or a way to track which day of practice you are on. In this video, I will guide you through the foundational technique of Prana Dharana, which you will practice for 20 days. Use this video as a guide to practice for as long as you need. Then, do it yourself. The goal is to be able to do the practice by yourself. Prana is your greatest teacher. Trust it and allow it to guide you.

Lesson 4

Prana Dharana Guide: Intermediate Practice

Use this technique for the next 20 days. Day 21 of 40 begins today! Now that you are familiar with establishing prana at the center of our forehead, we begin to move this point to a specific part of our body. We will use the heart as practice, but if you feel called to bring it to another part of your body, such as the palms, allow prana to guide you. Use this video for as long as you need the guidance. At some point, challenge yourself to do it by yourself. Your practice will go deeper when free of any technology or external guidance. Prana is your greatest teacher!

Conclusion

Congratulations on completing the practice. Now, your challenge is to do it yourself for another 40 days or more. This is a practice that you can repeat as many times as you like. The more time we invest in prana, the more prana will reflect to us in infinite ways. It’s the best investment of our time, ever! I hope you enjoyed the practice!
