Close your eyes and begin by sitting down or lying down in a comfortable position,
Hands gently placed by your side or on your thighs.
Sink into this moment,
Breathe into it,
Feel your body relax into this moment and just for this moment,
Be present.
Gently push the thoughts away in your mind as you inhale,
Inhale the present moment and as you exhale,
Exhale the worries,
The thoughts in your mind,
The stress in your body and just let your body sink deeper and deeper and deeper into this moment.
Gently begin to feel the air around you,
The temperature of the air around you,
The moisture that holds,
The temperature of the floor,
The chair that you're sitting on or the bed that you're lying on.
Begin to notice the tension in your shoulders,
Your arms,
Between your brows and gently relax them,
Release them.
Then there is a cloud beneath you that forms and it starts to bring you up,
Up,
Up,
Ascending bit by bit into the sky above you,
Out through your room,
Out through the ceiling,
Into the sky above you.
You see the stars around you,
Sparkling and shining so bright,
You feel the cool air against your skin,
Brushing against your cheeks like a kiss from the universe and then you slowly begin to descend.
Into this cave beneath you,
Something about it calls out to you and so you enter this cave.
You feel the warmth of it,
You feel the love of it,
You feel safe in here and as you begin exploring this cave,
You see a bright white light,
A light being in front of you.
It extends its arms out to you,
It's calling out to you to follow its lead and so you reach your hands out towards it and you follow its guidance.
Wherever it takes you,
Follow it,
It is safe.
Let yourself experience this in silence for a couple of minutes,
Notice the sensations you're feeling,
The visions you might be seeing,
The voices you might be hearing,
The knowing that you might be getting.
Let yourself experience this in silence.
Let yourself experience this in silence.
Let yourself experience this in silence.
Let yourself experience this in silence.
Let yourself experience this in silence.
Now,
Begin to bring your attention back into your body,
Slowly fade out of that dimension,
Back into your physical body,
Take in a couple of deep breaths,
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes and when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
