As you are in this particular moment,
Drawn to this meditation,
Your experience of grief and sorrow have brought you here.
You may feel as though you are in despair.
And that this is a state of hopelessness.
.
You must understand that this is a natural response.
That this is a necessary means to transcend and to get through to the other side.
.
Grief and sorrow are interchangeable.
.
They go hand in hand and are meant to connect you to the Divine.
.
With a greater sense of awareness,
Of being,
Of presence,
And of understanding that life is finite and precious and also incredibly meaningful.
.
Every moment passing here on Earth appears only one time.
.
And so,
It is for us to grasp and take hold of each of these passing moments.
.
Sometimes we travel through this lifetime with others.
And sometimes this travel is done alone.
Our companions and fellow travelers sometimes have other destinations and shorter trajectories to share along with us.
We must understand that this is part of the journey.
And that even though someone who was once traveling alongside you is no longer by your side,
It does not mean that your journey has also come to an end.
In a moment of deep sorrow,
There is a peacefulness.
We reach a moment of pure Divine surrender.
.
This is intentional.
.
Barriers have been broken and the walls of your heart have been shattered.
The heart is able to burst open,
Able to receive an even greater and deeper love than ever before.
And although the heart breaks in this moment of grief and sorrow,
It beats stronger and a new life force begins to emerge to pulse through,
To course through our veins.
.
Our experiences take us forward in a renewed state.
We are no longer the same.
But this is intentional.
Just like the phoenix rising through the ashes,
So must we begin to rise above.
You are loved.
This earthly path is a winding road,
Never just a straight line ahead.
It is full of mystery and unknown.
But we are never alone.
We are guided from above along the way with a greater intelligence that we may not always understand.
Whenever you feel this time of despair or hopelessness and sadness due to grief,
Try to be here and accept it as it is,
Without judgment.
This time of great sadness is uncovering the most profound depths of your being.
You are made of pure divine love.
You are not alone.
You are divinely supported in this moment and for eternity.
