Welcome everyone!

I'm doing a little bit of a Reiki and chakra bowl,

Kind of cleansing,

Balancing those chakras,

Those energy centers within the body.

So I'm going to kind of utilize the sounds of each bowl to cleanse and clear those energy centers and make space for all the goodness meant for you to flow in.

Basically all I ask is you visualize yourself laying down,

Pop up on my table,

And we'll kind of go through some Reiki,

Some distance Reiki of course.

Reiki energy is universal energy.

It's energy of life.

It's everything.

So first and foremost though you must consent because we all hold our own power here.

So if you consent then you are saying that I allow this goodness,

This energy that serves me to my greatest and highest good to flow freely to me.

And if you want to set your own intention,

Intention setting always,

I love doing that because it basically gives that energy a direction.

So maybe you're like I just want my body pain to go away or I just want stress relief or anxiety relief or whatever it is for you.

Set that intention right now my friends and we'll begin.

With maybe some white tones in there.

Visualize that light and that energy swirling freely and as that silences into and onto your body.

Let's move to the third eye.

You're gonna feel this sound,

This sensation,

This energy.

Feel this energy right here in the forehead.

It always knows the way of the sound sing and let the reiki energy flow.

My hand is placed on your forehead to receive the goodness meant for you.

Next we're going to awaken that throat.

This is the heart so that you can receive all the love that connects and bridges that energy,

Connects and bridges that energy to others and things and animals and whatever you connect with.

Next is solar plexus.

That's that under your chest area right here where you're going to feel that upper tummy area.

So I want you to really focus that yellow energy.

We're open to receive the goodness meant just for us.

Each and every one of us has special goodness meant just for each and every one of you.

Separate from anyone else.

Know that you are worthy,

You are enough,

And you were meant to receive goodness.
