The intention of these spoken words are to release any tension,

Any anxiety and unease in your present moment.

Take this moment to inhale a breath of calming and relaxing air,

And then exhale,

Pushing out a relieving release of air.

Let yourself relax and be present in this moment.

Notice any areas you may feel tense or tight.

Let yourself relax and be present in this moment.

Allow yourself to be free,

Free from any tightness or tension you may feel in your body.

With love and breath,

Breathe in the air,

In and out,

In all of those areas right now.

Feel yourself relax,

Let go,

And invite the calm,

The peace,

And love to flow through your existence.

Feel the calming energy and dance with the calm,

Embrace it,

Accept the calm within,

And become one with the calm.

This is always within you.

It's your natural state of being,

It's true,

Authentic energy within you,

That you can find and be at any moment in your life.

The calm within is with you,

Wherever you go.

Float in this feeling of calm and feel its peace and serenity.

Allow yourself to let go of what you cannot control and be okay with that,

For you are present in this moment,

And you can control how you perceive and react.

So release and let go.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Surrender,

Surrender all that may hinder your highest good.

Know that you hold all you ever need within,

It's all within you,

And you hold your own unique power to choose your perception of all that may come your way in your journey,

And you also hold the power within to create your own action or reaction to any experience.

So from this moment and any moments to come,

Remind yourself the calm,

The peace,

The serenity is all within you.

So as you live your experience in this life,

Know this,

Connect with your calm and with something as simple as a deep breath in and an exhale out.

You can release and relieve any tensions,

Discomfort,

And anxiety should it appear in your present moment,

It's all within you.

So let go,

Be present in your moments,

And connect and embrace your calm.

You are at peace,

You are in this loving,

Nurturing moment.

You are calm,

Take another deep breath in,

And let the air expand into your whole body,

And as you exhale,

Let the air then cleanse and clear all that does not nurture your highest good,

Removing it from your being.

Close your calm,

Perceive the goodness in all your moments,

And react with love,

Peace,

And serenity.

Embrace your calm,

Affirm it so,

And so it is.
