Yeah so just close your eyes,
Take a few more nice deep breaths into your nose,
Into your belly and out through your mouth.
With each exhalation softening the mind,
Relaxing the mind,
The body.
Maybe rolling your shoulders a little bit,
Just feeling your body.
Bring your shoulders up to your ears and down again in a way that feels good to you in both directions.
Massaging your thighs a little bit,
Just feeling yourself here,
Present.
And I'm going to invite us to really feel our longing,
Our longing for our dream let's call it.
And our dream mind doesn't have to be clear,
Doesn't have to be super clear.
That's okay if it's just a faint sense of something.
Really feeling the longing just above the heart space for this next phase,
This next step or the next cycle even of your life.
That's a house,
A job,
A relationship or a different way of being in the world,
Different way of relating to others.
Really feeling,
Allowing yourself to really feel the depth of that longing.
And as you feel the depth of that longing,
Noticing also at the same time in that same place the depth perhaps of the fear,
The disappointment of the pain of those times when our longings weren't met.
And so we learnt to compromise.
It might help to place a hand there,
It's just above the heart space,
To really breathe into that part,
That place.
Feeling the depth both of that,
The yes to your longing and feeling the pain,
Disappointment and the fear.
Watching and just noticing anything that changes or arises as you do this,
Any memories,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any changes in sensations or energy.
Becoming intima once more with this longing,
This dream,
This feeling.
Seeing this hope,
This knowing.
And taking a moment to choose it above any fear of disappointment of pain.
Seeing how longing,
Our dream.
Taking a few last breaths into this place.
This feeling even deeper,
This depth of your love,
Of your desire.
For what you are really here for,
For what you've been born to do,
For what you've been born to receive.
Getting into that,
Remembering that you were born for this.
Just take a moment to notice how you might imagine or sense how you might be or act or live differently with this depth of knowing.
And noticing if there's a practical way that you can remind yourself of this or come back to this place every day.
Maybe there's a practice,
An action,
A choice that you can do.
And then taking a last breath,
A couple of breaths and coming back to this circle and eventually opening your eyes again.
