Okay,
So when you're ready,
Just closing your eyes and taking a nice deep breath into your belly and exhaling through your mouth and letting go on the exhale.
And doing that a couple more times,
Inhaling through your mouth into your belly and exhaling.
Letting go.
Or as ever taught us today,
As you inhale feeling the diaphragm pull down and your belly extend as a result of that.
And then exhaling,
Letting go.
And finding that breathing pace that feels good,
That feels right to you.
In and out through your nose,
Deepening the breath with gentle breath.
Maybe tuning in with each breath to how you're feeling,
To what you're thinking,
To what's here right now.
Sensations,
Thoughts,
Feelings.
Embracing all of it.
What would it feel like as you're breathing to welcome and embrace 100% of your experience right now.
100% of who you are right now.
100% of your life right now.
As if you had created it deliberately with intent.
And as you do that just notice if there's a softening,
A relaxing.
And take a few more gentle and deep breaths.
And noticing this force,
This movement,
The invitation of life inside that wants to take you to the next level,
Let's call it.
To the deeper,
Into the fullness of who you are.
Of what you were born to be,
What you were born to do.
Just noticing where that lives in you,
That energy,
That movement.
And as you're noticing it,
Maybe feeling any resistance that you might have right now,
You might have felt,
You might have experienced.
To this movement,
This natural unfolding,
This natural blossoming,
This natural flourishing of life.
Like the acorn is moved into the oak tree.
Noticing as well any resistance where that might reside or have lived or currently live in you.
And just for now,
What would it feel like to choose,
To choose to embrace,
To choose to turn this resistance into embracing.
Embracing the change,
Embracing the movement,
Embracing the stepping out into uncertainty,
Embracing the new,
Embracing the growth and the magic,
Embracing the fullness of who you are.
What would it feel like to just choose?
And you have that power and you can make that choice.
Noticing how that feels.
And also perhaps noticing maybe a sense of what could your life look like?
What would happen if you,
Or when you embrace this change,
This potential,
This potential,
This divine potential?
And just breathe,
Really feel that happening in your energy,
In your mind,
In your body.
Feeling it to move you,
Open,
Really receiving it,
Receiving this change,
Receiving this you,
Receiving this flourishing.
Taking a few more gentle breaths into your belly.
And taking one last moment to contemplate a moment what this will look and feel like when those that you love,
Those that are here in the call tonight,
But also beyond,
Make that choice to embrace what they've been resisting,
To embrace the potential,
Their fullness.
Yeah,
And then slowly just breathing a few more breaths,
Just returning back to the circle,
This moment,
Not have to wiggle your toes and fingers,
You might have to just focus on your breathing,
Breathe a bit deeper or stretch,
Whatever you need to do to come back carrying with you this sense,
This energy,
This openness.
