We will now begin the release and rise breathwork meditation.
This meditation can be used to increase presence and release lower vibration emotions and rise into the high vibe emotions which you desire.
We can use this meditation if we're feeling good too.
We can release our good feelings and emotions out into this world and continue to rise into more of these beautiful emotions.
To start off this meditation,
I'm going to have you land down into your body.
Take the busyness of this day and really get centered into your body.
If you're sitting,
Feel your feet on the earth and your sit bones on your chair.
If you're lying down,
Feel you're supported.
I'll now have you bring your awareness to your breath.
There's no need to change anything.
Just observe your breath.
And as your awareness to your breath increases,
I invite you to also increase awareness to your feelings.
What are you feeling in this present moment?
Where does that feeling start from?
Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed from a busy day?
Where does that start from?
Does that feeling have a color or a shape?
Know that this feeling is okay.
And with your next deep breath,
I ask what feeling would you like to invite in more?
What does that feeling look like?
Where would that feeling feel?
What's the texture?
What's the color?
What's the shape?
And when we land into this awareness of the feelings we have and the feelings that we want more,
Know that every feeling you're feeling at any moment is perfect and it's safe.
I'll now have you visualize a string,
A little piece of floss that starts at the bottom of your feet and cuts your body in half as it moves from your toes up to your head.
We're going to use this string and we're going to use our breath to release what no longer serves us or what we want to release into this world and recycle back down through Mama Earth.
And we're going to use our breath in this strain to also rise into the emotions we would like more of.
So we're going to start with an exhale.
And as we exhale from our head down to our toes,
Imagine yourself releasing that feeling.
What I like to do is I like to breathe out what I no longer want and breathe in what I would like.
So I'm going to start by breathing out my anxiety.
I feel my anxiety release out my toes and back into Mama Earth and on my in-breath as the string sweeps from my toes through my knees into my hips through my tummy,
Shoulders and head,
I invite in peace.
In the out-breath again,
I release anxiety and as the string sweeps through my feet,
I invite in peace.
I'll have you continue this breath pattern,
This sweeping motion of the string and our breath and continue with the emotions you'd like to release and you'd like to invite more.
Continue to breathe in this beautiful way.
Sometimes I use opposites.
Breathing in peace,
Breathing out anxiety,
Breathing in love,
Releasing my fear,
Breathing in presence and breathing out worry.
The pace of our breath does not matter as much as our focus and attention of the sweeping of our emotions through our body,
Releasing and rising.
Release and rise.
We breathe in the light and we breathe out the darkness and know as we release,
Good old mama Earth will recycle these emotions back through the Earth.
As our attention slips away,
I invite you to return back to the floss or the string,
Whatever you've chosen to call it and feel the sweeping motion from your feet up to your head and from your head down to your feet.
Feel your breath follow that string.
Feel your breath fill up your lungs.
Fill up your body with that beautiful energy and release your breath back out into this world.
Continue this meditation as long as it takes to feel the increase of the emotion that you are desiring and the decrease of the emotion you are releasing.
As we stop this meditation,
Know that you can access it at any time.
Just close your eyes,
Imagine the string and trace with your breath to release and rise to exactly where you would like to be.
