It's time to take a moment just for you.

Find a comfortable position to lie or sit and just close your eyes.

Ignore any outside noises other than this music and the sound of my voice.

Now let's really relax and I will guide you into three calming breaths.

In through your nose deeply and slowly and hold and fall deeper into relaxation.

Now release out through your mouth as slow as you can.

Number two,

Inhaling through your nose deeply and slowly.

Now hold and fall even deeper.

Now release out through your mouth as slow as you can.

Last time inhale even deeper this time through your nose slowly and hold.

Feel how relaxed your body is now becoming.

Now release out through your mouth slowly.

Remember it is okay to always go back to your breath when you want to relax even deeper.

This is your moment of fine tuning for your body.

No stress.

Just you and you are here in this moment.

Allow your muscles to release their tension feeling comfortable and fluid and ready to regenerate throughout the night.

With your mind now look up.

Look up at the full bright but soothing moon.

Round and beautiful.

Sparkling too if you care for it to be.

It feels so far away but the more you relax,

The more you deep breathe,

The more you can feel its energy closer to you.

The soothing colors of grays and whites lifting your body out of the day and into a gentle or deep slumber as you please.

This moment is for you.

Your day is complete and any moments of stress from the day can no longer hold you down.

The moon's energy has lifted you into blissfulness.

Protected blissfulness and endless blissfulness.

Full of gray and white clouds of comfort as you get closer and closer to the moon.

Deeper and deeper relaxed.

Just say thank you to yourself.

Give thanks for the day.

You made it.

No matter how it may have turned out,

Don't worry,

The moon will keep you relaxed in this moment.

As you let your mind wander into this gratitude of thanks,

Feel the clouds over your skin.

Very misty in its presence,

Like you're floating through the water,

Passing the day behind and into the next.

With your mind,

Look up again.

Was there a lesson in this day?

Do you see any blessings up there waiting for you?

Are you getting closer to the moon?

Can you feel its soothing energy?

Are your muscles relaxed?

And are you focused on your breath?

Embracing your inner self within each rise of your lungs.

Just breathe.

Let's take one more moment to say thank you to whatever you want to say thank you for.

And just ride out on this cloud.

It's you and your gratitude.

You got through your day.

Ending with peace and positivity.

Relaxed and ready for the next day.

Let's take a few moments to give more gratitude.

What happened today that you were ever so grateful for?

Think about it right now.

Now let's seal this moment and day with three closing breaths.

I'll guide you through them.

We're going in through our nose slowly and holding.

This holds in the beauty of the day.

Now release through your mouth with more relaxing intentions slowly and deeply.

Last one and let's make it count.

In through your nose slowly and deeply.

Release through your mouth with even more relaxing intentions slowly.

Last one and let's make it count.

In through your nose and hold.

In your mind go ahead and pat yourself on the back.

You have concluded your day.

Now release slowly with no intention to carry any negativity from the day into the next.

You are now relaxed and in tune with yourself.

Now rest.

You deserve it.

And when you are ready,

Feel free to open your eyes or just fall deeper into relaxation and sleep.

Give thanks.

Feel free to repeat this meditation as often as you need to and have a blissful,

Calming evening or sleep on purpose.

I found the teacherโ€™s voice and background music soothing and relaxing. I struggled a bit with the length of the breath holding. I might have preferred a guided body scan. However I appreciated the reminder to be grateful for things and to have that forefront in my mind when going to sleep.
