Take a moment to get comfortable,
Either sitting up on the floor or in a chair or lying down flat.
Close your eyes.
Today's practice is about giving thanks.
And we are going to begin with some deep breaths.
In through your nose,
Slowly and deeply.
Now out through your mouth.
Again in through your nose,
Receiving all that is for you and holding for a few seconds.
And then out through your mouth,
Releasing all negativity that no longer serves you.
Once again in through your nose,
Slowly begin to feel your body relaxing more and more.
Now out through your mouth as your tummy goes inward and your shoulders drop.
Let's bring our awareness to our feet.
Just wiggle them a little.
Your feet keep you balanced and stable.
Now bring your mind up your leg into your waist,
The place that holds your core,
That holds your power.
As you hear the sounds of the birds,
Picture them dancing and flying around your core,
Celebrating and giving thanks for you.
They are singing gratitude music for this physical body that you have.
Now bring your awareness to the top half of your body and to yourself,
Say in your mind every inch that you are thankful for.
Say it to yourself,
The gift of listening,
To hear my voice,
The air in your lungs giving you life,
Your fingers,
Your heart,
Your mind.
Just say thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Gratitude is the only way to receive more.
So for everything little,
Small,
Big,
Large,
Anything,
We must always acknowledge and say thank you for.
Now let's build a mental picture in your mind.
Think about yourself throughout the last year.
Were happy times?
Did you find a new job?
Did you visit a long time friend?
Did you find love?
Did you explore a new favorite restaurant?
Let's elevate the positive and good vibrations around the experiences that we have had.
There has to be one positive thing that we can focus on right now.
There is positive in everything and the more we focus on that,
The bigger it becomes in our life.
Just picture anything positive that happened in your life this year right now.
See everything about it.
What you look like.
How did you feel?
Who was there?
What was the weather outside?
Take yourself to that exact moment of happiness.
We all have something happy that we can think about even as small as getting a new pair of shoes.
Sit in that moment right now and honor it.
Be thankful.
That was your special experience and it was beautiful,
A miracle,
A gift.
Now with your mind,
I want you to repeat after me.
I give gratitude for my life.

No matter how angry I get,

Know that giving gratitude is also about manifesting.

I am thankful for my supportive,

Just name them and think of them.

Name five things you want to manifest right now.
Just think of those five things right now and say them to yourself.

Take yourself down the journey of gratefulness.
It's just you walking through the grass and smiling.
See yourself walking and feeling the wind as it's pushing off any old negative residue from the past.

Breath and feelings of gratitude for all that has happened in your life and all that is to come.
