Peace,
Loves,
And welcome to this intentional activation of your self-love.
This is what I like to call an affirmational meditation.
These affirmations can be repeated out loud while looking at yourself in the mirror,
While you're driving,
While you're exercising,
Or just simply lying down with your eyes closed.
Your choice.
All affirmations hold energy when said with intention.
Now let's self-care ourselves out of overeating.
Now whether you're looking in the mirror,
Sitting in a chair,
Or lying in the bed with your eyes closed,
Let's take three intentional breaths right now.
In through your nose and hold,
Filling your body with love and gratitude.
Now out through your mouth,
Letting go of any unloving thoughts about yourself.
Then again,
In through your nose slowly and hold,
Filling your body with more love and gratitude.
Now out through your mouth,
Letting go of all negative residue about yourself.
And last time,
In through your nose deeply and slowly and hold.
Find yourself calm and ready to activate more self-love.
Now out through your mouth and put a smile on it.
Now activate this self-love and continue to repeat after me.
Let's get it.
I love me.
I do not overeat.
I am what I always wanted to be.
My body is my temple.
My mind is strong.
There will always be an abundance of food for me and my family.
I am in love with my body.
I will not fry all the foods that I consume.
My health is superb.
I give thanks for my arms.
You will see me from the inside out.
I rather not eat out that much.
Beauty surrounds me.
I do not always have to feel full.
My love for my physical body gets stronger every day.
My hips and buttocks are great features of mine.
I make great food choices when stressed out.
My favorite snack is water.
I respect what I feed myself.
Now just smile for a few seconds and fill those affirmations so far.
Go ahead,
Grin.
And let's believe.
And let's continue.
My food choices complement my greatness.
I do not judge others for what they eat.
I do not eat too late in the evenings.
I am what I eat.
I do not need salt and or sugar on all foods that I consume.
I enjoy looking at myself in the mirror.
I love my legs.
I have the best smile.
I welcome my emotions because they do not make me overeat.
I give gratitude for my ability to taste.
I do not overeat.
My subconscious knows when I'm satisfied with my plate.
I enjoy preparing healthy meals for me and my family.
It is okay to have leftovers.
I consume a lot of fruits and vegetables every day.
I love my stomach.
I am the example to my family and friends when it comes to eating.
I have the courage to try new healthy food options.
My self-love consciousness is always activated.
I do not overeat.
I love me.
Great job.
Now let's let that marinate and repeat this meditation as often as needed.
Get on with your day and stop overeating.
It's all a state of mind,
Y'all.
This is the Spirit Doctor and thank you for listening.
Asheo amen.
Namaste to you.
