Let's cleanse.
Find a quiet space and either lay down or sit down.
Be still.
And be comfortable.
Let's relax together with a couple of intentional breaths.
Breathe slowly in through your nose and hold.
And now slowly out through your mouth.
Again in through your nose.
Slowly with intention to relax and let everything else go.
Now out through your mouth.
One more time but deeper this time slowly inhale in through your nose.
Breathe in all things positive and purifying.
Now hold it in.
And now let it go slowly out through your mouth.
When you find yourself getting lost during this meditation if you do go back and concentrate on your breaths.
But do continue to breathe deeply as the rest of your body relaxes.
Feel your legs get lighter and effortlessly stay in place.
Your shoulders fall down and release their tension.
With your mind's eye see your chest rise and see it fall high then low.
You are now relaxed and ready to receive more mindfulness.
You are ready to cleanse your mind body and soul.
It is time to be one with you again.
Through spirit.
Through purification.
And through connection.
In your mind I want you to picture a large grassland.
A big field with pretty bright green grass.
This is the type of grass you want to walk barefoot across.
It's the most perfect day and the sun is shining but not too bright.
You are flying over this land.
This land with an abundance of green growth.
Beautiful.
You can feel God here.
Mother nature is present.
There is not one patch of brown just all green.
As you're flying over you see all this beautiful green.
So then you notice a group of people.
Maybe about a hundred or so.
They're all standing close together.
But as you get closer they seem to be in a circle.
This circle isn't filled with just anybody.
It's your family,
Your friends,
Ancestors,
And future friends and family as well.
All together.
Looking up at you flying over them.
Can you see them?
You recognize anyone?
Pay close attention to the faces you can actually see.
And start hovering over them.
As you get closer and closer to them.
Your body begins to lay down.
Not on the ground.
You naturally go flat with your stomach side up.
Those hands begin to raise up and you lay on top.
With their hands supporting you.
It's very organic.
You don't feel their hands.
You just know that they're there.
Then notice a beam of light coming from above.
It's coming from the sky and it looks like it's a piece of cloth.
And it's your favorite color.
It's dropping down from the sky and getting closer and closer to you.
As you lay there you begin thinking about all the experiences you have had in life.
All the people you may have hurt or all the people who may have hurt you.
Trials you have been through.
And beautiful outcomes too.
The cloth is now hovering over you.
And it begins moving up and down your body.
And whatever color you imagine it being you now see beams of that same color drifting off your body.
Coming out of you.
And it's happening slowly.
It's happening more and more as you think of whatever it is you want to cleanse from.
Is it a person?
Do you need to forgive yourself?
Are you carrying a chip on your shoulder that you need to release from?
Did you recently or past cheat on something?
A diet?
A test?
Are you holding on to past trauma?
Something that happened to you?
Do you need healing?
Think about whatever that is right now.
See exactly how it happened and who was there.
The color cloth is wiping you clean.
And cleansing you again.
You are brand new.
See that old-ish leave your body.
The beams of light lifting right off of you.
See it coming out of your toes.
Your arms.
Your chest.
Your stomach.
Everywhere.
You have the support of others beneath you protecting you.
Uplifting you.
As you release.
As you cleanse.
And while you purify.
What happened to you after this incident that you were thinking of?
Who have you become since you have not forgiven yourself?
It's okay to say sorry to yourself.
It's okay to be forgiven.
It's okay to make mistakes.
You want to be pure again.
You are pure again.
It's time for life to go on.
It's time for your life to go on.
You deserve it.
The cloth comes back up to your crown chakra around your head.
You are protected by the divine.
Now to your third eye.
In between your eyes.
You trust your intuition moving forward.
And to your throat chakra.
Next time you will know what to say.
Then it hovers over your heart chakra.
Right above your chest.
And watch your chest rise with your deep breaths.
On to your solar plexus and sacral chakras.
Over your tummy area.
Where you will never not forgive yourself again.
Or not feel that you don't deserve to be cleansed.
And you will always believe in you.
And finally the cloth wipes away and cleanses your second half.
So that you continue to build your security with yourself and a happy home.
You are healed from head to toe.
There is no going back now.
Smile.
Right now smile.
Because you have cleansed yourself.
Take a moment to watch all of that energy enter up into the sky.
As you lay there and see your cloth go up back into the sky and disappear.
Your friends and family beneath you begin disappearing too.
Their work is complete.
And you are just floating there on your back.
Ready to move forward in life.
You are pure again.
Your body then goes to the ground.
Legs first and you just begin walking on the grass.
The beautiful green grass.
Let's seal in your cleanse with a few intentional closing breaths.
In through your nose.
Slowly deeply.
And out through your mouth.
Deeply and slowly.
Then in through your nose,
Breathing in forgiveness,
Happiness and prosperity.
Now out through your mouth.
One more time in through your nose.
Deeply and slowly.
And then hold in all of your awesomeness.
And now out through your mouth.
Releasing all that no longer serves you.
Do you feel cleansed?
Are you still relaxed?
As you're walking through the bright green grass.
Just give thanks for being able to start again.
No matter how many times you have to start again.
Give thanks for the moment.
You look up,
You can still see your old worries floating away into the sky.
Take as long as you need in this moment.
It was created for you.
You are healed.
You are cleansed.
Life is ready for you.
And what's next to come.
