This gentle guided meditation invites you to reconnect with the web of love and belonging that surrounds you. Through breath, reflection, and imagination, you'll be guided to envision the living threads that extend from your heart to those you love and those who have loved and love you. As you rest within this web of connection, you are invited to remember. To remember love exists amidst it all, even in the forgetting. This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Francis Weller and an Indigenous wisdom tradition that honors our interconnectedness. It is offered with gratitude for these influences and as a personal adaptation in support of cultivating belonging, compassion, and collective care.
