And here we are together again,

And I want you to open yourself to receive all that's available in this meditation.

I want you to be willing to hear what your next steps are,

To receive guidance,

To get clarity.

I'm excited for what's going to emerge.

So first we're going to just take a moment and just allow your body to get as comfortable as you can.

So take some deep breaths and imagine exhaling anything that is interfering.

Breathing in the understanding that you have access to God and wisdom and divine and your intuition.

So breathe in the knowing that so much is possible when you tune in.

So take a deep breath and claim and commit,

I receive all the guidance that I am looking for today.

And then breathe out,

Take another couple of deep breaths and just allow your body to get even more comfortable.

Allow your mind to go even more deeply into this meditation practice today.

And I want you to now think about a question.

Perhaps it's a situation in your life where you need answers.

Maybe it's something where you're a little bit stuck.

You don't quite know how to shift things or what to do next.

So allow the question to come forth for you now.

And if you don't have a specific question,

The question is,

What's next?

It can be just a generic question.

So I want you to tune into the place where you get guidance,

Where the wisdom,

The intuition,

The voice of God,

Whatever that is,

Drops in.

Maybe it's in your heart or your solar plexus.

Maybe you just hear a whisper or you see a picture.

So taking a moment and just ask,

What's next?

Ask for the guidance.

What do I do here?

Just taking a moment and just be in the space of being in receipt of what's next for you.

You can ask if there's more information.

You can ask to clarify.

You can see if you can go deeper with it.

Now I want you to ask about you.

Maybe that's,

Is there anything I need to let go of?

Or is there anything I need to embrace or anyone I need to reach out to?

So something specific to you for this next step,

This next piece of guidance.

Nice.

And the final question is,

I want you to feel how it's going to feel,

Right?

When the questions are answered,

When the clarity is there,

When your next step is moved forward,

How do you want to feel?

So in essence,

We're going to be programming your future.

So you're going to see yourself on the other side of the thing.

How are you feeling?

How are you showing up?

What's different?

So really take a moment and notice with all your senses,

All your senses,

What does your body feel like?

Who's with you?

What does your self talk like?

What emotions are you predominantly experiencing now?

And taking another deep breath,

And I want to remind you that you have access to this guidance any time.

There's no reason to spin around in confusion.

You have more power than you might be aware of.

It's just getting yourself in a quiet space,

Calming the mind,

Releasing the blocks to figuring out the next steps,

And just ask,

And allowing the answers to emerge from within.

So I'm going to invite you to listen to this again,

Or do this again,

Do this process again,

Because you are your own expert.

You have all the answers inside,

You just got to get the conditions right,

So you remember that.

All right,

So taking another deep breath,

And begin to return to your body.

Begin to come back into your body.

You can move yourself around on the count of three,

One,

Two,

Three.

You come back,

And you feel fully awake,

And energized,

And way more clear.
