During this brief 2 min practice, you will hear me name areas of the body, breathe in and notice these areas. When I say "exhale" breathe out and allow that area of the body to become heavy and relaxed.

Hold it,

And now breathe out.

I'm going to name regions of the body.

Inhale and hold while you tense that area as much as possible.

You'll hear me say,

Exhale.

That is your cue to let go of your breath and body.

So quick I didn’t expect it to be so effective! Anyone could do this basically anywhere if they’re feeling stressed or need a boost
