I hope you're doing okay.
This is a short spot meditation where for three minutes you have permission to do nothing.
So wherever it is that you find yourself right now,
Check in with your body,
Make sure you're comfortable and settle back into your space.
There's no rules you need to follow,
No instructions.
But for this very short period of time,
Just to pause and do nothing.
Eyes open or eyes closed.
There's no ideal posture,
No ideal technique.
Only the simplicity and the luxury of nothing.
Just to be here and be with whatever is arising.
Where you're free to daydream if you want to.
Notice your surroundings if you want to.
Or feel the body breathing if you want to.
This is your time,
This is your space.
What your nothing looks like is completely up to you.
There's nobody watching and nobody judging.
So I'll give you a couple of more moments of quiet to yourself.
And when the gong chimes you can go back to doing something.
