Welcome to today's meditation to clear the mind and find clarity.
You can close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
We're going to focus on the breathing for a couple of minutes.
So we're going to start by inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the nose and again inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the nose,
Making each one of your inhale longer and each one of your exhale longer.
Inhale and exhale.
Last one like this inhale and exhale.
On your next one we're going to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth,
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth,
Finding your shoulders and your body weight dropping with your exhale.
In and out,
Dropping even more and in and out and in and out,
Dropping even deeper.
Your last one and in and out.
Nice work.
That's a practice that you can do during the day pretty much any time so feel free to practice that whenever you think about it during the day and remember that coming back to your breath is always the way to go when you feel stressed or anxious.
