Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Just taking a few minutes just for yourself.

Dropping in the place that you're creating for yourself right now.

And feeling everything go away.

Any tension,

Any negative thoughts,

Anything that does not serve you right now.

Take a big deep breath in.

And on the exhale just release everything and let it go.

Take another deep breath in.

And on the exhale release everything and let it go.

And again deep breath in.

And release everything.

Just remember to do that during the day when everything feels too complicated or going way too fast.

Take a moment to slow down and come back to yourself.
