Hi,

Welcome to your meditation.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position and closing your eyes if that's comfortable for you.

Taking a few deep breaths,

Just settling into your space and into your body.

Deep breath in and out.

Deep breath in and out.

Just signaling your body and mind that it is time to relax and to be present.

As you're breathing,

Give yourself permission to let go of the past,

Allowing yourself to move forward to discover a fresh new path.

Allowing yourself to take a moment just for you.

You are carrying a lot on your shoulders every day.

So letting the sound of my voice supporting you this time.

You are supporting everyone all the time.

It's time for you to be supported and carried through the journey.

It's time for you to be supported and carried through the journey.

Moments can be hard sometimes and giving yourself permission to acknowledge that and letting go can be very powerful.

Now observing your feeling without judgment,

Just noticing that they are here.

Not trying to control them or forcing them anywhere.

With each breath,

Feeling your body sinking into the floor or the chair.

Feeling those tough emotions leaving your body.

Each inhale brings more clarity to your mind,

Brings more and more peace and relaxation.

Gently tuning into your inner world and embracing yourself and your journey.

And embracing yourself and your journey.

Now naming the guilt that brings you here today.

What are you feeling guilty about?

And forgiving yourself for this feeling.

You are doing the best that you can do.

You are a human being with feelings,

With low moments,

But as well with high moments.

You are learning as you go.

You make mistakes and that's how you learn.

It's okay to make mistakes once in a while and learn from them.

Letting forgiveness flow through your entire body,

Dissolving any feeling of guilt or shame.

You are enough and you are an amazing mom.

Giving yourself compassion as you would to your family and friends.

Acknowledging the emotions and energy around you.

Your past does not define you.

So repeat those mantra after me.

I forgive myself.

I move forward.

I make mistakes and that's okay.

I am enough.

I'm doing the best I can.

I let go of my guilt.

You are showing up every day for your kids,

For your family.

It's time to show up for yourself.

It is a beautiful journey worth to be lived fully,

Worth to be enjoyed with every fiber of your being.

Coming back to your breath and taking some nice deep breathe in and out.

And remembering those mantra one more time.

I forgive myself.

I move forward.

I make mistakes and that's okay.

I am enough.

I am doing the best I can.

I let go of my guilt.

Mama,

You are doing amazing.

Keep believing in yourself,

Your family and the world need it.
