Debbie teaches Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health 8 week courses online and in person. She discovered mindfulness when searching for something to help with chronic pain. She completed the Mindfulness for Health course with Breathworks and it had such profoundly positive effect for her; not only on her pain, but unexpectedly in other areas of her life. The impact was so great that it led her to go on to train to become a Breathworks teacher herself. She wanted to do this so that she could share the benefits of mindfulness with others, and also to further her own mindfulness journey.
