With over 22 years of experience working in education, she brings warmth, understanding, and compassion to her teaching. Debbie discovered mindfulness more than 10 years ago, and her ongoing practice continues to bring lasting benefits to her daily life and wellbeing. Inspired by the positive impact mindfulness has had on her own mind and body, she is passionate about supporting others to experience these benefits for themselves. She teaches the Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health 8-week courses, offering practical tools and gentle guidance to help people develop greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness in everyday life.
