She discovered mindfulness when searching for something to help with chronic pain. She completed the Mindfulness for Health course with Breathworks and it had such profoundly positive effect for her; not only on her pain, but unexpectedly in other areas of her life. The impact was so great that it led her to go on to train to become a Breathworks teacher herself. She wanted to do this so that she could share the benefits of mindfulness with others, and also to further her own mindfulness journey.
