Danyah Preston is a Mindfulness and Compassion teacher in the Insight Meditation tradition, and a graduate Mindfulness MBSR Level 1 Teacher. She is passionate about living an awakened life and helping others do the same, drawing from the wisdom teachings of the Buddhadharma together with modern science. Danyah is an accredited teacher with Meditation Australia and the voice behind The Mellow Mind. She is also the author of the practice journal, Dropping In: A Meditation Journal.

Really useful. Followed through the 16 steps of the mindfulness of breathing smoothly, without actively “prodding” so acted as a great guide and reminder whilst meditating.

After a couple of tries I was finally able to sit for the entire meditation. First time I’ve gone all the way through. I don’t really know how I feel. Is that “normal?”
