Welcome to the Medicine of Sound Meditation. To have a better experience, I recommend you to find a seated posture. Otherwise, You can lay down in a comfortable position. Take a deep breath and release. I invite you to sing the OM mantra three times. For this, Exhale completely and inhale to sing. For a moment, Perceive the natural rhythm through the nose, The spaces in between the air passing every time. Take a deep breath and start to awake your body. Try to recognize every new sensation in your body. Feel the legs, Feel the arms, Feel the torso and your head. I hope you enjoy this practice. May all beings be happy and be peaceful. Namaste.
