Welcome to the Medicine of Sound Meditation.
The following meditation is a chakra tuning.
To have a better experience,
I recommend you to have a seated and comfortable position.
Your belly must be relaxed and the spine is straight.
Your sitting bones grounded and the neck should be free.
For this meditation,
You will sing specific sounds to retune and harmonize the different energetic centers in your body.
When you sing,
Try to perceive the vibration in the different parts of the body.
The first sound is the UUUU sound.
It resonates in the first two chakras,
Muladhara and Svadhisthana,
Pelvic zone and hips.
It's related with the red and orange colors.
When you sing,
Try to visualize this part of your body being harmonized.
Inhale completely and inhale to sing seven times.
Feel the sensation in your body for a moment.
This UUUU sound,
It resonates in the third chakra,
Manipura,
The solar plexus.
It's related with the yellow color.
When you sing,
Try to visualize this part of your body being harmonized.
Exhale completely and inhale to sing seven times.
Feel the sensation in your body for a moment.
It resonates in the fourth chakra,
Anahata,
The heart.
It's related with the green color.
When you sing,
Try to visualize this part of your body being harmonized.
Exhale completely and inhale to sing seven times.
Feel the sensation in your body for a moment.
Next sound is the EEE sound.
It resonates in the fifth chakra,
Vishuddha,
Throat.
It's related with the blue color.
When you sing,
Try to visualize this part of your body being harmonized.
Exhale completely and inhale to sing seven times.
Feel the sensation in your body for a moment.
Last sound is EEE sound.
It resonates in the sixth and seventh chakra,
Akhna and Sahasrara.
The third eye is related with the indigo and violet colors.
When you sing EEE,
Try to visualize this part of your body being harmonized.
Exhale completely and inhale to sing seven times.
Perceive your breath now.
Feel the body.
Feel the calm and start to awake your body,
Recognizing every new sensation.
