This is Rachel.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
As I invite you to relax today,
Please find a comfortable position.
You can either sit with your legs crossed with a support at your back or you can lie down with your arms down at your side,
Legs out straight,
Heels slightly apart with your toes falling outward.
Now I invite you to close your eyes down and gently gaze upward and inward to the point between your eyebrows.
And then I invite you to become aware of your breath.
I'm going to guide you with some cleansing breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
I'm going to count you up and down to a count of four.
So getting ready to prepare.
Inhaling two,
Three,
Four.
Exhaling three,
Two,
One.
Inhaling two,
Three,
Four.
Exhaling three,
Two,
One.
Inhaling two,
Three,
Four.
Exhaling three,
Two,
One.
Now just let the breath go.
Let it find its natural rhythm.
Don't force it or change it.
Just allow it to be what it wants to be and eventually throughout the meditation the breath will be breathing you.
I invite you to become aware of your tailbone,
Sending your awareness to your tailbone.
Visualize a red circle spinning clockwise,
Allowing this energy,
This red circle,
To expand to your tailbone over the hips.
This is the energy center of grounding,
Security and safety.
On your next inhale,
Breathe up just below the navel between the hips and visualize a bright orange circle spinning clockwise.
This is the energy center of creativity,
Sexuality and where we process our feelings and emotions.
On your next inhale,
Breathe up over the navel to your solar plexus,
Visualizing a bright yellow circle spinning clockwise.
This is the energy center of your personal power,
Your personal responsibility.
On your next inhale,
Breathing up into the lungs,
Into the heart area,
Visualizing a beautiful emerald green color spinning clockwise.
This green is the color of healing and the color of love and compassion.
On your next inhale,
Breathe up to the shoulder and neck area,
Visualizing a beautiful cobalt blue circle spinning clockwise.
This is our center of communication where we speak clearly and listen clearly from truth.
On your next inhale,
Breathe over your face,
Just bringing your awareness to the point between your eyebrows.
This is the energy center of intuition,
Higher insight and higher wisdom and the spiritual third eye.
Visualize an indigo circle spinning clockwise.
Continuing to breathe,
Move your awareness to the top of your head to your crown.
This is where we receive.
Visualize a violet white light coming from above,
Pouring in through the top of your head to set your intention to receive.
In this moment you can call upon your higher power or your higher self,
Whatever feels right for you.
I invite you now to relax,
To allow your body to sink down into itself,
To feel the weight of the floor underneath you.
Visualize at the base of your tailbone you have roots growing down into the floor beneath you,
All the way down into the earth,
Anchoring you into the here and now.
As you continue to relax and let go and unwind,
Let all of the tension fall off your body onto the floor,
Just letting it run off your body down into the earth below,
Asking Mother Nature to take it from you.
As you continue to relax and unwind and let go,
As your energy body is balanced and open,
I invite you on a guided visualization.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a path.
This is a path you may know from your childhood,
From your adulthood,
Or perhaps it is a new path you have never seen before.
This path is at the edge of a forest.
Notice the grasses around you,
Notice the trees around you.
Are there flowers in the trees?
Are the trees bare?
Perhaps there's snow on the trees,
Perhaps there are leaves on the ground.
Just take notice to what is around you.
As you continue to enter that path and walk into the forest,
You hear a noise coming from the trees and you notice an animal.
This animal is friendly.
Here is a guide and a messenger.
Just notice what animal it is.
Send it some blessings from your heart and thank it for being there.
Continuing to walk into the forest,
There's a smaller path that takes you to the right,
Down through some trees.
You can hear the sounds into your feet as you walk through the forest.
Perhaps you feel a gentle breeze in the air.
Notice the temperature of the air in this moment.
Can you smell the forest?
Notice what it smells like.
And as you continue to walk through this small path,
You see a bench.
You decide to take a seat on that bench,
For you feel is inviting you to do so.
As you sit down on this bench,
You feel it with your hands.
You notice what this bench is made of.
Perhaps it is stone,
Perhaps it is carved out of wood.
Notice the temperature of the bench as you touch it with your hand.
You begin to feel more comfortable sitting on this bench and then you become aware of a presence behind you,
Off to the right.
And then this presence decides to come and sit next to you.
Their energy is warm and friendly.
You take a moment,
You feel shy,
A little bit uncertain,
But you decide to turn and look at their face.
You feel as if you know them on some level and then when you look at them,
You realize who it is and know this is the perfect person that is here to greet you today on your bench.
Take a moment to just bask in their presence.
Feel the love they have for you and the love you have for them.
This person came to visit you today because they have a very special message for you.
You open your ears and you open your heart to receive this message now either written on a piece of paper that they give to you either telepathically or just by listening to a higher voice.
As you take in this message,
Notice how you feel.
Notice how your heart feels.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice any changes in you.
You are now given an opportunity to say something back to this person.
You can even ask them a question.
So take a moment to do this now.
The special person has received your question and your words to their heart and they offer you some kind of gesture or words in return.
As your time on the bench with this special person comes to a close,
Know that you can return to this bench anytime you choose,
Wherever you are on your journey.
But before you part ways,
The special person has a gift for you.
You open your hands to receive that gift.
You turn to them looking into their eyes one more time.
Thank them for the gift before they rise and they return back into the forest.
You then take a nice long inhale.
You too rise from that bench with your gift in hand and you begin to meander back through the small path in the forest feeling underfoot the forest floor.
As you arrive back at the main path in the forest,
You continue to walk back to where you came from when we started this meditation.
Knowing and feeling that you have the gift with you and the gift of the experience and the message.
Again remembering that you can return to this place anytime you choose.
I invite you to take a nice long inhale.
Just become aware of your body.
Start to wiggle your fingers on your toes bringing some movement back in.
Slowly begin to flutter your eyes open becoming aware of the surroundings around you and notice how you feel compared to when you started.
