Welcome to your guided meditation.
Gently close your eyes down and become aware of the breath.
Notice how it feels to inhale.
Notice how it feels to exhale.
Notice the temperature of your breath.
Notice how it feels in the body every time you inhale and each time you exhale.
As you continue to breathe easily,
I invite you to become more seated in your body.
Just feel where you can let go of any tension.
Maybe your shoulders can come down from your ears.
If you're lying down,
Perhaps you can give your weight into the floor beneath you.
If you're sitting,
Can you feel your sit bones touching the seat beneath you?
Allow yourself to be fully and completely present.
Give yourself permission to follow the sound of my voice.
As you inhale,
I invite you to become aware of your tailbone.
Seeing that beautiful red root chakra.
And today I would like you to visualize roots growing from that root chakra down into the earth below.
Grounding you even more in this present moment.
Remember to continue to breathe.
And visualize those roots pushing down into the earth,
Into Mother Earth.
Feeling her support you.
Just keep rooting down,
Visualizing all of those roots going down into the earth until they come across a boulder within the earth.
I invite you to visualize those roots wrapping themselves around a boulder.
Knowing that you are fully present,
Secure,
And safe now.
If your mind begins to wander,
Simply repeat to yourself,
I am breathing in.
Now I invite you to connect with your higher power.
Just with your intention.
You can ask them in your mind to be present,
Or you can ask them out loud.
It's up to you.
When you feel you have the presence of your higher power,
I invite you to give any burdens you may be carrying,
Any weight you may feel on your shoulder or in your heart,
To give those to your higher power.
This is something we can do each and every day.
We don't have to carry our burdens with us.
We have help whenever we need it.
We just have to remember to ask.
Now as hopefully you feel lighter in your body,
Some of the weight has been lifted,
And therefore your system can relax just a little bit more.
Freeing the body,
Freeing the mind.
Next inhale,
I would like you to imagine that you are standing in the middle of a field.
The grass is green,
The sky is blue,
And there's some white fluffy clouds passing by.
You see some birds.
There's a gentle breeze.
And then I invite you to visualize one of these clouds coming down toward you.
This cloud is coming to get you.
And as this cloud gets closer and closer to you,
I want you to step onto that cloud and allow that cloud to lift you up.
All the way up.
Where the sky is bright,
The sun is bright,
And you feel like you're standing in an infinite white light with no horizon.
As you take another inhale,
You see another cloud coming next to you.
You see a form faintly on this cloud as it gets closer to you.
It's difficult to see,
But then you realize that this is a future version of you.
They extend their hand to you,
And they want to invite you to step onto their cloud with them.
As you do so,
You look into their eyes.
You see yourself.
You see a new,
Brighter version of yourself.
You feel and see a more empowered version of yourself.
You feel and see a more relaxed version of yourself.
This is your future self,
And this is your higher self.
Your higher self is full of so much wisdom and grace and is so willing to help you,
To show you,
And to guide you,
If you'll let them.
So take a moment.
Think of something that may be weighing on your heart or your mind today,
A curiosity you might have,
And feel free to ask your higher self any question that might be,
Either out loud or telepathically.
Just take a few moments to listen to what they have to say.
Continue to be present with them as you feel they have received the answer to your question.
I invite you to ask your higher self,
What else,
What is it that they would like you to know in this moment?
Just remember to breathe,
Open your ears and your heart,
And listen to what guidance they have for you today.
I invite you to place your hands over your heart.
Look at your higher self in the eye.
Feel a deep appreciation in your heart for them showing you and guiding you towards a higher and better version of yourself.
And know that you can come back to this place,
To this meditation,
To this cloud,
Anytime you choose.
Again,
Take a deep breath.
Say goodbye to them for now.
Stepping back onto your cloud,
Turning around,
Waving goodbye as they begin to fade off into the distance,
And you start to move onto your cloud,
Back down into the blue sky,
Back down towards the grassy field where you started.
And your cloud bringing all of the beautiful messages and experience you had with your higher self with you.
As you step off your cloud,
You step onto the grass,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Feeling your body on this earthly plane,
Feeling yourself back in your body on the earth.
Take another inhale.
Remembering the messages and the love that you feel.
You can stretch.
