This short and gentle guided meditation allows you to receive a loving energy.
It can be done at any time you feel you need it.
At the end,
A gentle chime will bring you back.
Before you begin,
State your intention for this meditation.
It could simply be,
May I feel well,
Or may I be healed.
The words are your choice and should reflect your needs.
Sit or lay down and make yourself comfortable,
Then close your eyes,
Take a few long deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to relax.
Just breathe normally and enjoy this simple healing experience.
You are in a calm and comfortable room,
The air is filled with gentle sunlight,
And through the window,
You can hear the soothing sound of wind in the trees.
Everything is very peaceful,
The room itself seems to hold you in an embrace of protection.
Now,
Bring your awareness into the area of your heart.
Imagine a little ball of light,
The size of a marble,
In the centre of your chest.
If you find it difficult to imagine this,
You may find it helpful to cup your hands over your chest just a few inches apart.
As time goes on,
You might feel a sense of warmth or energy between them.
This light is filled with gentle healing and peace,
Gradually,
The light expands.
Just let it happen,
It is here for you and you need not put any effort into it,
You are just being present and accepting it.
Say to yourself,
Or out loud,
The words you chose,
May I feel well or may I be healed.
Just allow the light to expand,
You may feel the sensation of it,
A warmth or tingling.
The light is always centred on your heart,
And this is the healing and peace you are receiving.
Continue to repeat those words of your choice as you listen to the wind and let the light flow.
Feel the warmth of it spreading from your heart to the rest of your body.
It is non-judgmental,
It is healing,
Soothing and relaxing.
Simply allow it to bathe you,
Let it seek out those parts of you you wish to heal,
Or all of you,
Mind,
Body and spirit.
Place your hands on your chest and let the loving energy continue to flow into you.
Say or repeat the words you have chosen once again,
Three more times,
And spend a few moments visualising a loving,
Healing energy.
