You find yourself in a beautiful summer meadow beside a trickling stream.

It is quiet,

A tranquil place.

Let the stillness sink into you as you inhale the fragrance of flowers and grass.

There is a deep and eternal peace here that gently eases your mind.

Relax.

Breathe easily and focus on your guardian or who they might be.

Let a still place form within you.

You watch as,

Nearby,

A shining mist falls to the earth from the sky like a white rainbow.

It sparkles like powdered diamonds,

Whirls like snowflakes.

The light coalesces into a beautiful shining figure.

Strength,

Power and an absolute sense of protectiveness radiates from them.

The figure is anyone you wish them to be.

Your guardian angel or spirit,

A past family member,

A great spiritual teacher.

They are exactly whom you wish for.

They reach out their arms to you with a smile.

You walk towards them and they embrace you warmly.

Vibrations In the eyes of your guardian,

You are wonderful.

There is no judgement,

No blame,

No recriminations,

Only and always absolute love.

You feel protected from the world,

Enclosed in a pair of loving arms that will always be there to protect you.

The love you feel from them is wonderfully healing.

Allow it to sink into your whole being,

Body and spirit.

Feel it illuminate and cleanse,

Washing away any self doubt or uncertainty.

Your guardian encourages you to relinquish any burdens to them that you may be carrying.

You want to do this and so you tell them everything,

Trusting them completely,

Knowing that they love you unconditionally.

It doesn't matter if you speak out aloud or in your mind,

They will hear and understand everything.

Your guardian asks you if you feel lighter and you do,

You nod,

But they can see that you are still holding on to some of your burdens.

They say they would like to give you a gift,

To truly uplift you.

They smile and take one of your hands in a firm grip,

Reassuring you that despite what you are about to experience,

You will be more safe than you have ever been.

You walk with them and suddenly begin to feel very light,

Weightless.

You realise that you are floating gently above the grass.

You look in astonishment at your guardian.

There is a hint of a smile in their eyes and you see a loving joy and anticipation in their face.

They give you a nod of reassurance as you sense energy pouring from their hand into yours.

And you hold on more tightly,

Trusting them completely.

You see a smile in their eyes.

They smile and take one of your hands in a firm grip,

Reassuring you that you are still heavy.

The world stretches before you,

Rich and many-coloured.

You see it from the view of a bird or an angel.

You feel absolutely safe,

Knowing that you are in loving hands that will never let you fall.

The sensation is incredible,

Yet it is not cold.

Remember what you were before you were born.

Your guardian angel says like a blessing.

And you realise you are shining just as they are.

After another warm and loving embrace,

They smile at you.

Amazing. Went in with a query on a decision I need to make where I could see only 2 options. I came out with a decent compromise which keeps everything happy. I think my spirit guide is my grandad. I have very little recollection of him, he died before I was 5. What I felt though was the unconditional love and wonder for a beautiful child. I realised that he was probably the only one in my life who gave me that. I know that everyone else in my childhood had their own trials and that is why I was neglected and abused. I don’t know if it is grandad but my mind wouldn't be shaken from that idea so maybe that's a sign. Thank you for this powerful healing meditation. I did feel very connected to spirit. 🥰
