Take a moment to gently arrive in your body.
There's nowhere to rush,
Nothing to perform,
Nothing to force.
Just arrive.
Begin by noticing your breath without changing it yet,
Simply observing the natural rhythm of inhale and exhale.
If it feels safe for your body,
You may place one hand over your heart and one hand over your lower belly,
The womb space.
And if that does not feel safe today,
You may rest your hands wherever your body feels supported.
Now,
Gently invite the breath to travel a little lower.
Inhale through the nose and imagine the breath softening the belly,
The hips,
The pelvic bowl.
Exhale slowly through the mouth,
Releasing tension you do not need to hold.
With each inhale,
You're not forcing connection.
You are allowing awareness.
With each exhale,
You're not pushing anything out.
You are creating space.
Bring your attention now to the area beneath your hand,
Your womb space,
Your lower belly,
Your center of creation,
Emotion,
And memory.
Not just physically,
But energetically.
You may begin to imagine this space as a room within you,
A sacred inner space.
There is no right way for it to look.
It may feel warm,
Quiet,
Heavy,
Guarded,
Soft,
Empty,
Or full.
Simply notice what is present today.
If emotions arise,
You do not need to analyze them.
If nothing arises,
That is welcome too.
Your body is allowed to move at its own pace.
Now gently deepen the breath,
Inhale,
And imagine a warm,
Soft light filling the womb space.
Not intense,
Not overwhelming,
Just gentle warmth.
As you exhale,
Imagine any tension,
Pressure,
Or emotional weight softly melting down into the earth beneath you.
You are not releasing forcefully,
You are softening.
Notice your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your lower back.
These areas often hold unspoken stories,
Suppressed emotions,
And survival patterns.
Today,
We are not digging,
We are listening.
If it feels supportive,
You may gently begin a very small sway of the body,
Side to side,
Or forward and back,
Slow,
Natural,
Unforced,
Like water.
This movement is not performance,
This is permission.
Silently,
Or softly within,
You may repeat to yourself,
I am safe to soften.
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to reconnect with my body.
Now,
Ask your womb space very gently,
What do you need from me right now?
Not what it should need,
Not what you think the answer should be,
Just notice what arises.
What do you need from me right now?
It may be rest,
It may be warmth,
Protection,
Boundaries,
Expression,
Or simply time.
Take one more slow inhale,
Sending breath directly into the pelvic bowl,
And a long slow exhale,
Releasing with compassion.
Place both hands now over your womb space,
If that feels safe,
And offer a small gesture of care,
A gentle stillness,
Or soft circular touch.
Your body has held so much for you,
Emotion,
Cycles,
Experiences,
Stories that were never spoken,
And today,
You're not here to fix your body,
You're here to honor it.
Begin to slowly return to the awareness of the room,
The sounds around you,
The ground beneath you,
Or whatever support is holding your body right now,
And let's take a final breath in,
And a slow breath out,
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing this awareness and softness with you.
Thank you so much for joining me today in the Healing House Sessions,
I love you,
You got this.
