Osho Golden Light Meditation is a simple method of transforming your energy and leading it upwards.
It is best done in the morning,
Just before getting out of bed,
And in the evening,
Just before going to sleep.
The meditation lasts 20 minutes.
It is practiced listening to a specific music.
When the music will start,
Simply lie down,
As you lie down in your bed,
On your back.
Close your eyes.
When you breathe in,
Visualize a great light entering through your head into your body,
As if the sun has risen close to your head and the golden light is pouring into your head.
Imagine you are hollow and the golden light is pouring into your head,
Going,
Going,
Going,
Deep and deeper,
And exiting out through your toes.
The golden light will cleanse your whole body and will make it full of creativity.
This is male energy.
When you breathe out,
Visualize the darkness entering through your toes,
A great dark river entering through your toes,
Coming up and going out through your head.
This is feminine energy.
It will suit you.
It will make you receptive.
It will calm you.
It will give you rest.
Do slow,
Deep breathing.
Repeat for 20 minutes.
Start when the music starts.
