You In this meditation we're going to begin to explore the true nature of abundance.
Abundance is not a circumstance or a condition.
It has nothing to do with how much money you earn or how many close relationships you enjoy.
These conditions are temporary.
You are passing through them as you move through your life.
Abundance is never temporary.
It is permanent.
It is your natural state of mind which underlies everything you experience in the world.
But if you are not attuned to it you cannot recognize it.
If you cannot recognize it you cannot enjoy it.
Therefore the first step towards experiencing true abundance in your life is to prepare the mind.
Just close your eyes,
Lie down comfortably with your spine straight,
Be sitting with your feet flat on the ground,
Hands resting loosely in your lap or by your sides.
Now take a few moments now to just bring yourself to your breath and with every breath in feeling yourself relax more deeply into the point of your awareness.
Allow your mind to focus only on the motion of the air in and out of the body.
As you move through this meditation your perspective will shift.
You will begin to think about the world in a new way and the circumstances of your life will begin to appear differently before you.
And over time these circumstances will change.
You will become more open,
More affluent and more loving.
You will come to know through your own experience that everything you're experiencing is true.
You are going to be waking up every day feeling fulfilled,
Peaceful and abundant.
So take a moment now just with your breath to let these ideas settle in.
A fulfillment of peace,
Of abundance,
Of prosperity,
Of success,
Of calm,
Of loving,
Of kindness,
Of compassion,
Of understanding.
Allowing yourself to absorb these new ways of being in your life,
To allow those seeds to be planted in your mind,
To be fertilizing them and watering them and nurturing them and tending to them during your meditations and during your practices of mindfulness during the day.
So today we're simply focusing on your awareness of these states of being.
As you focus your mind becomes more receptive,
Your heart opens and you begin to invite more positive experiences into your life.
You start to become magnetic to positive opportunities and positive experiences.
Working with the law of attraction,
Working with the law of reciprocity,
Working with the law of abundance.
Whatever it is that you want to do,
Whatever you want to achieve,
Whatever you want to have in your life,
It begins with your state of mind.
Abundance,
Joy and prosperity all begin with your mind.
This is the secret of abundance.
And when you are ready and you are open and you are allowing yourself to receive what is already here for you,
What is already part of your experience in life,
When you're allowing yourself to experience it and see it,
It will appear effortlessly before you.
So right now all you need to do is just relax your mind,
Relax your body and just breathe.
Now I am breathing in,
Now I am breathing out.
Today is only about the breath.
Rest even more fully in it.
Now I'm breathing in,
Now I'm breathing out.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
Now just continue focusing silently for a few more minutes,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.
Really feel yourself opening yourself up to abundance.
And just keep focusing on your breath,
Focusing on the feelings of abundance,
The inhalation,
The exhalation,
The breathing in,
The breathing out.
