Welcome,
I'm Rachel from the Flowers Experience.
Thank you for joining me today and for choosing to create this space for yourself.
Let's begin by settling in,
Finding stillness in your body and softness in your breath.
Take a slow inhale and a long,
Easy exhale.
Now imagine your body gently rooted into the earth beneath you.
Every breath,
Feel yourself sinking a little deeper,
Supported,
Grounded,
Safe.
Allow any tension to melt downward as if the earth is holding it for you.
Let this quote guide our time together.
Meditation is the art of listening to the divine within.
In nature,
There is a quiet wisdom,
One that speaks through stillness,
Through trees,
Through wind and stone.
Let's give ourselves permission to slow down,
To listen in that same way.
Let's take this time today to turn inward and reconnect with the still,
Sacred space within.
Bring one hand to your heart,
The other to your belly.
Feel your breath rising and falling like waves,
Like petals gently moving in the morning breeze.
Now imagine yourself in a quiet garden just before sunrise.
The sky is soft lavender and gold.
The air is cool,
Fresh and full of possibility.
You are a flower in this garden,
Rooted deeply into the earth.
You have rested through the night and now the first light is gently touching your petals.
You don't need to do anything.
Just breathe and receive.
With each breath,
You feel the sun rise a little higher and your petals begin to open slowly,
Sweetly in their own perfect timing.
This is your morning bloom.
As you continue to breathe,
Let's plant a few seeds of intention into the soil of your day.
Silently repeat each one and feel it take root within you.
Today,
I choose to meet the world with calm presence.
I will listen to my body and honor what it needs.
I will speak gently to myself and to others.
I will stay open to joy,
Even in small,
Unexpected ways.
I allow myself to begin again with softness and hope.
Take a breath.
Let those intentions bloom in your heart.
Now bring your awareness back to your body,
Your breath,
Your heartbeat.
Picture roots extending from your body into the earth below,
Anchoring you in safety and strength.
With each inhale,
Draw in energy and renewal.
With each exhale,
Release anything that doesn't belong to this new day.
Take a moment to name one thing you're grateful for this morning.
It might be your breath,
The warmth of the sun,
The chance to begin again.
Let your awareness expand,
Feeling your full body now.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Gently roll your shoulders or stretch your arms overhead.
Take a final deep breath.
Inhale fully and exhale completely.
If your eyes are closed,
Gently blink them open.
Notice how the day feels in this very moment.
Fresh,
Open,
Full of quiet magic.
Thank you for starting your day with me.
May you move through this day with ease,
Softness,
And the courage to bloom,
One breath at a time.
