Welcome,
I'm Rachel from the Flowers Experience.
Thank you for joining me in this sacred pause today.
Let's begin by gently closing your eyes and bringing awareness to your breath.
Take a slow inhale and gently let that go.
Imagine your breath as gentle waves moving in and out,
Rhythmically washing through you.
With each inhale,
You draw in calm.
With each exhale,
You release what no longer serves you.
Now,
Picture yourself as water,
Fluid,
Clear,
Ever-changing,
But deeply still beneath the surface.
Let this quote from David Lynch guide us.
The thing about meditation is you become more and more you.
Just like water takes the shape of its container,
Meditation helps us rediscover our own true shape beneath distraction,
Beneath the noise.
Let's float gently into stillness together.
Let the earth beneath you hold you.
You don't have to hold everything yourself.
Now imagine yourself as a flower at the end of its full,
Beautiful bloom.
The wind is gentle.
The light is soft.
The petals that are ready to fall begin to loosen,
Not forced,
Not rushed,
Just ready.
One by one,
They release,
Floating quietly to the earth below.
With each breath out,
Feel yourself letting go,
A thought,
A tension,
A story.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Letting one petal fall at a time.
Now let's take a deep breath in and hold it gently.
On the exhale,
Imagine a heaviness leaving your body,
Something you've been carrying.
Do this again.
Inhale,
Feel it rise,
Exhale,
And release.
There's nothing wrong with holding on,
But there is power in choosing to let go.
Let the breath do the work,
Let the body unwind,
Let the heart loosen.
As you rest here,
Silently repeat these words,
Or simply let them wash over you.
I give myself permission to let go.
I am safe to release what no longer aligns.
I am not what I carry.
I am what I choose to keep.
Like the petals,
I fall into peace.
Like the wind,
I move freely again.
I release what no longer blooms in me.
What I let go of creates space for what I love.
I trust the timing of my unfolding.
I don't have to carry everything to be whole.
Letting go is an act of love for myself and for my path.
I soften my grip,
And life softens in return.
I allow the old to fall away,
Like petals returning to the earth.
Each breath out clears a little more space inside me.
What is meant for me will not pass me by.
Even in release,
I am growing.
Bring your awareness back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe roll your shoulders or stretch gently,
Like a flower lifting again toward the sun.
Notice how your body feels now,
Just a little lighter,
A little softer.
Take one last deep inhale,
And a long,
Complete exhale.
Let go,
And let what's next find you.
And thank you for taking this time to release and return to yourself.
May you move forward with space,
Softness,
And the quiet strength of something ready to bloom again.
