Welcome,
I'm Rachel with the Flowers Experience.
Thank you for carving out this time to pause,
Breathe,
And reconnect.
Find a comfortable seat,
Soften your gaze or close your eyes,
And take a long grounding breath in and gently let it go.
Feel yourself slowly unfurling,
Like a flower opening with the morning light.
With each inhale,
You receive light.
With each exhale,
You let go.
Let this quote from Amit Ray guide our journey today.
Meditation is a way for nourishing and blossoming the divinity within you.
This is your time to bloom inwardly,
To meet your own presence with gentleness.
Start your awareness at the top of your head.
Imagine a tiny flower bud resting there,
Beginning to gently open.
Feel the space across your scalp and forehead blooming softly as the petals unfold.
Soften your brow,
Unclench your jaw,
And allow the muscles around your eyes to relax like petals basking in sunlight.
Shift your attention down to your neck and shoulders.
Picture a warm,
Glowing light like morning sun nurturing a flower,
Melting away any tension.
Breathe into this area,
Letting the tightness loosen and fall away like leaves gently drifting to the ground.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Heavy and free.
Now move your awareness to your arms,
Your upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
All the way to your fingertips.
Imagine vines of calm and ease extending down,
Softening every part.
Let your hands be like open blossoms,
Soft and receptive,
Releasing any tension.
Bring your attention to your chest.
Feel your breath rising and falling like the gentle swell of petals opening to the sky.
Sense your heart beating like the steady pulse of nature's rhythm.
No need to change anything.
Simply be present to this blossoming.
Now move into your belly and lower back.
Feel this area soften and expand like a flower blooming wide in warm sunlight.
Breathe into this space with kindness and warmth,
Letting your body feel held and supported.
Shift your awareness to your hips and pelvis.
Pitch your roots growing deep into the earth,
Grounding you firmly yet gently.
Release any tightness as if petals unfurling slowly after a night's rest.
Bring your focus to your legs,
Your thighs,
Knees,
Calves.
Imagine them as strong stems,
Supporting your body's blooms.
Feel their weight grounded and steady.
Relax.
Finally,
Bring your attention to your feet.
Feel the soles like the fertile earth beneath your roots,
Nourishing and steady.
Sense connection and support,
Grounding you fully.
Take one full body breath now.
Inhale from the crown of your head,
Where the first blossom began to open,
Down through every petal and stem,
All the way to your feet,
Rooting into the earth.
Exhale fully,
Releasing anything you don't need to carry,
Like petals falling gently away.
You've arrived in your body,
Blooming fully here and now.
Take the next few moments to settle in even further,
Focusing on your breath.
I'll watch the time and gently bring you back.
Feel the air moving in and out like a soft breeze passing through a blooming garden.
Start to notice the sensations in your body,
The weight of your limbs,
The contact with the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
As if your petals are stretching toward the light.
When you feel ready,
Softly bring your awareness back to the room around you.
You can keep your eyes closed a moment longer,
Or open them slowly,
Carrying the sense of calm blooming within you.
Thank you for sharing this gentle unfolding with me.
Be well and bloom beautifully.
