Welcome,
I'm Rachel from the Flowers Experience.
Thank you for joining me in this sacred pause today.
Let's begin by gently closing your eyes and bringing awareness to your breath.
Take a slow inhale and gently let that go.
Imagine your breath as gentle waves moving in and out,
Rhythmically washing through you.
With each inhale,
You draw in calm.
With each exhale,
You release what no longer serves you.
Now picture yourself as water,
Fluid,
Clear,
Ever-changing,
But deeply still beneath the surface.
Let this quote from David Lynch guide us.
The thing about meditation is you become more and more you.
Just like water takes the shape of its container,
Meditation helps us rediscover our own true shape beneath distraction,
Beneath the noise.
Let's float gently into stillness together.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine,
Your root.
This is your root chakra,
The muladhara.
Imagine a deep red flower blooming here,
Strong,
Grounded,
And vibrant.
Feel the connection to the earth,
Steady and secure.
With every breath,
Sense your roots growing deep into the soil,
Nourishing your foundation.
Allow any fears or worries to melt away like dew evaporating in the sun.
Shift your awareness to your lower belly,
Your sacral center.
This is your sacral chakra,
The svadhisthana.
Visualize a soft orange blossom unfolding gracefully.
Feel warmth and creative energy blossoming here.
Breathe into this space,
Inviting flow,
Joy,
And ease.
Release any blocks or stiffness,
Allowing your creative spirit to move freely like petals dancing in a gentle breeze.
Now bring your focus to your solar plexus,
Just above your navel,
Your solar plexus chakra,
The manipura.
See a bright yellow sunflower opening wide in radiant sunlight.
Feel your personal power,
Confidence,
And light shining stronger with each breath.
Breathe deeply and let your energy expand,
Filling you with warmth and courage.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
Your heart.
This is your heart chakra,
The anahata.
Visualize a soft green rose blooming with gentle petals of love and compassion.
Feel your heart opening wider,
Softening,
And expanding with kindness for yourself and others.
Breathe love in and breathe love out,
Allowing your heart to be your guide.
Now focus on your throat,
Your center of expression,
Your throat chakra,
The vishuddha.
Picture a serene blue lotus gently unfurling its petals.
Feel your voice become clear,
Calm,
And true.
Breathe deeply here,
Releasing any blocks to your authentic communication.
Allow your words,
Spoken or unspoken,
To flow like a gentle stream.
Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye chakra,
Ajna.
Visualize a deep indigo iris flower blooming softly.
Feel your intuition opening,
Your inner wisdom shining through.
Breathe deeply and invite clarity,
Insight,
And calm awareness.
Finally,
Bring your focus to the crown of your head,
To your crown chakra,
The sahasrara.
Imagine a radiant violet or white lotus flower unfolding,
Thousand petals opening to the sky.
Feel your connection to the divine,
To the universe,
To all that is.
Breathe in this infinite light,
Allowing yourself to feel whole,
Peaceful,
And aligned.
Now take a moment to feel your entire body,
Each chakra blooming and vibrant,
Connected like a garden of flowers,
Radiant and alive.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
Feel gratitude for this time you've given yourself.
When you're ready,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful practice with me.
May you bloom brightly today and always.
