Welcome to my channel.
My name is Shauna and this is a guided meditation for self-confidence.
Take a moment and find a seated position and allow yourself to become comfortable as you gently begin to close the eyes.
Starting to allow your mind to focus on the body and the breath.
Beginning to slowly inhale through the nostrils and exhaling through the throat and into the belly.
Using your breath to begin to create safety and grounding and anchoring in the body.
Beginning to count your way through your inhales to a count of three,
Two,
One.
Continuing the breath,
Slow inhales and slightly longer exhales.
And tuning into any energy that might be awake in the body and allowing yourself to move with that energy as it shows up.
Taking some gentle movements,
Circular,
Rocking the pelvis counterclockwise and clockwise.
Rolling out the neck,
Dropping the chin to the chest and rocking the head over to the left and over to the right.
On the next inhale,
Allowing the chest to pump forward and spread the chest and exhale sending the energy and the breath all the way down to the root chakra.
Allowing any anxiety to begin to smooth out with the breath.
Using your exhales to anchor yourself deeper and deeper into safety.
Allowing your nervous system to calm with each inhale and each exhale.
Remembering that sense of safety with each breath and starting to bring your attention to the darkness in the mind in between the ears.
And starting to bring any images or any thoughts or sensations that you'd like to invoke.
Oftentimes we imagine in our daily thoughts this version of ourselves that we haven't yet stepped into.
Starting to allow each breath to pull that image into focus.
Knowing that your subconscious mind always knows your full capabilities underneath of all of the armor.
And channeling that image through the safety that you create with the masterful mind as you control your breath and start to pull those exhales deep into the root creating safety and regulating your nervous system.
Each breath,
Each time that we create the safety we allow an unlayering to occur.
Each breath allowing a lighter feeling to emerge,
A taller feeling to emerge as we begin to unmask these many versions of ourselves that we've been holding on to.
Each breath creating a vision,
A strength in that feeling of that energy in the chest.
Breathing in and exhaling for grounding.
You are strong.
You are capable.
You are important.
Taking a moment to begin to ground through I am statements.
I am strong.
I am capable.
I am important.
I prioritize myself.
I create safety through my breath.
I step into the next version of myself.
Taking a moment,
Thinking back on the many past versions of yourself,
Remembering the tenacity,
The courage,
The strength,
All of the work that it took to step into the version that you currently are.
Remembering the unlayering.
Over the years as our nervous system spikes,
We begin to create a layer of armor over our best self.
Like a parent,
We protect that version of ourselves.
We hold it dear at the very core like a tiny seed,
A tiny seed of the potential that we know exists.
And as we learn to create safety for ourselves,
As we build stability for ourselves,
We allow an emerging to become.
We allow an emerging to occur.
We have created the environment for the stability of this image to begin to slowly grow and find its way to the surface.
Using our breath,
We ground in this image,
In this strength,
And we know that we are ready to step into the next version of ourselves.
Taking off the next mask and placing it aside and stepping into the daily habits,
The daily beliefs that it takes to be the person that we know,
That we were always meant to be.
I am beautiful.
I am strong.
I am lovable.
I am attractive.
I have strength.
When others look at me,
They see my skills.
When others look at me,
They see my strengths.
I am capable.
I am enough.
I am strong.
Beginning to inhale,
Holding that vision,
And exhaling all the way down to the root,
Sending that energy down,
The belief in that vision coming to fruition.
One more inhale in,
And one more exhale.
Holding one hand and placing it over the heart,
And one hand over the belly.
Inhaling in,
And exhaling out.
Slowly beginning to open the eyes when you feel complete,
And stepping into the new reality of who you truly are.
My name is Shauna,
And I wanted to thank you for meditating with me today.
Remember to always be kind,
Be brave,
Be present,
And everything else will figure itself out.
Namaste.
