So it is mid-afternoon and you might find yourself looking at the time,

Wondering when the day is over and you still have a lot to do.

So the intention of this five minutes is to raise your vibration so that also your productivity stays up and you're not falling into a stressful thoughts or tiredness.

So taking this moment to close your eyes and taking a deep breath all the way down to your belly and connecting to that place on the earth.

Feeling the clarity and connectedness.

The best way to raise your vibration quickly is to focus on things that you are grateful for and so I want you to think about yourself for a moment.

We start with the self and while keeping your eyes closed I want you to create a double image of yourself and facing her or him,

Putting her or him to sit across from you.

And I want you to look at this person and really seeing the soul and the talents and the gifts that this person has.

And I want you to think about one thing that you love about it and that you're grateful for about this person.

Just list one thing and you can even write it down.

And since the color is such a powerful way to embody vibration I want you to think about a color that is attached to this thing that you appreciate about this person that is you.

And I want you to send a flow of this color to this person in front of you until it's saturated with this color of gratitude.

And notice if there is another thing that comes up that you are grateful for about yourself and gift this person in front of you with that as well.

And lastly think about one thing that you are not happy about,

Maybe it is a task or a thing or a conversation that didn't quite go the way that you wanted.

Maybe it happened today,

Maybe it happened last week or a year ago.

Whatever it is,

Think about something that you still find yourself kind of quietly beating yourself up about it.

And I want you to find one thing about that incident or event that you did well and that you learned from.

Trust what you get,

Allow this information to come.

It's like really taking the power back from the thought that might be weighing you down.

Taking a deep breath and remembering the things that you are grateful for and holding that color around you along with the intention that you had for your work day to day.
