Welcome to your guided meditation,
Relaxed Allowing.
Could you find a comfortable seated position?
And as you find your comfortable seat,
Please prioritize comfort,
Whatever that looks like,
However that feels for you in this moment.
And as you arrive in your comfortable seat,
Could you just notice what's alive here?
Maybe your eyes are open or closed,
Just noticing what's alive.
Any physical sensations,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
What's alive here in this moment?
Could you just recognize what's here and draw your awareness to one sensation?
Begin to notice your breath,
And as you breathe with this sensation,
Could you just say welcome?
Maybe your awareness is drawn to another sensation or experience.
Could you just say internally,
Welcome?
As the mind begins to think about something,
Could you just say welcome to the thoughts?
Continuing to welcome all that's here,
As you breathe and be with the sensations that arise.
With every exhale now,
Could you land the weight of your body into the support beneath you just a little more?
Seeing whether you could relax your fingers,
Your hands,
Your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles and wrists.
Relaxing the crown of the head,
The forehead,
The throat and the belly.
Feeling your body held here,
Yourself with a willingness for presence,
For being with what is.
With every exhale,
Seeing whether you could allow a sense of relaxation,
Surrendering to the moment.
Perhaps with every inhale,
You just notice something that's alive and say internally,
Welcome.
With the exhale,
There's a sense of relaxation.
With the inhale,
There's a welcoming of what is.
Noticing when you want to resist what is,
Could you welcome that resistance?
Welcome.
Welcoming all that is in this moment.
Yourself as you are.
Now,
Could you just bring your awareness to your breath now?
Meeting the breath,
The inhale.
And flowing with the exhale.
Just feeling the experience of your breath here.
Life meeting you as you are.
It's as though life is saying welcome.
Gently bringing your awareness back to the weight of your body.
Taking a slightly deeper inhale here into a soft belly.
Letting the air go out of the mouth.
In your own time,
Opening your eyes if they were closed.
Coming back into the space.
This practice is now complete.
